Me too, so I went and got with many of the vendors and most of them said this week they will have support, so I will be looking for them to come through. As far as my sandbox system I went in and disabled all the non compatible plugins then was able to get the system up. Side note they just release 7.2.1 yesterday, here…

I have been playing with an upgrade to 7.2 and the only problem I have found was that many of the plugins are yet to support 7.2. Most of them only currently support 7.1.9 Good luck and please update with any problems or hurdles you run into. Thanks, Robert

Turns out the problem was that confluence was using the ID confluence1 with home directory of /home/confluence1 and I needed to place .keystore there. Would be nice if confluence saw an ID of confluence as asked (you already have a confluence ID do you want to use that?) but once I placed the .keystore in the correct place…

FYI With using some hard-coding for ID's and Values this command gave me what I wanted (I believe) select customfieldvalue.textvalue, jiraissue.project, jiraissue.issuestatus, jiraissue.SUMMARY, jiraissue.issuenum from customfieldvalue inner join jiraissue on customfieldvalue.issue=jiraissue.id where…

Yeah that gives time in status with no updates. I am sure there is a way to just get time in status. I have a time in status field that give the data Issue#_*:*_statusID_*:*timeInStatusInSeconds_*| for each status that an issue has gone into, and I was wanting to see what was out there for using that field. Thanks though.…

Yes I am aware of that, but I am not sure how to get time in status > 5d. That will notify based upon updated date not time in status

Right I could find nothing on RateLimitingLogger. I saw the above link and so I put Production JIRA into safe mode first took a clean snapshot and still the exact same problem. I opened a case with support.atlassian.com ... If anyone know what RateLimitingLogger and why my sandbox cannot find it I would be very interested.…

Even with JIRA version 7.2? The database should be good as with the same user on the same system I was doing it with 6.4.7, and it worked like a champ. I went into my grants and they looked good, I then redid the grants. still exact same error.
-
Using the JIRA internal database is very dangerous. I strongly recommend using a separate mysql database. However here is how: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/running-sql-commands-in-a-hsql-database-685900390.html
-
No, I used Jordan's database query and that gave me what I needed.
-
BTW that worked great. Thanks again.
-
Really? interacting directly with the database? Wow. I think I will submit that as a feature request as it seems very easy and I could really see the usage. Thanks!Robert
-
Turns out one needs source code access to do this. That is a bummer, it would be nice to customize JIRA's look through a properties file or something. http://jira-developer.atlassian.narkive.com/P4sgQFDw/inserting-fix-versions-column-into-linked-issues-table

Very cool, let me try it. I will let you know. Thank you! One quick question is what is the difference between created and createdDate? I can JQL with either/both of them in the query and have found no difference in them. As a matter of fact this JQL will 100% of the time return no values: created > startOfMonth() and…

I do have script runner. I have no idea how to create a Date search template, that will hold the releasedDate of Affects Version/s. Any thoughts on how to get started on that would be great. As for the version related JQLs those are so close. However they are queries on fix version/s and affects version/s to get the a set…
-
Thank you. Actually I want to filter by affects version released date. But I could see filtering by fix version released date useful as well so I voted for it. I see some of the work around ideas and will experiment. I know I can do it with shell scripting and the CLI with: Get selected issues into an array then for each…

I agree.

I knew I saw disable somewhere, but could not find it. Thanks! (And that one was fairly obvious, feeling a little embarrassed)

Jamie just said he would promote it up. See https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/43345645

After upgrading the plugin to 5.4, it worked! Thank you! That is why I love seeing Bob Swift on any add-on I purchase. Between you and Atlassian, The best support i ever experienced!!!!

Bummer. We are upgrading to 7 later summer. We are on 6.4.7 and cli 4.4.0 Maybe I will try to upgrade the cli. Thanks!

Thank you for the response. I have only been using UNIX/Linux for 30+ years, you would think I would have known/tried that lol. That did work for the spaces. However if I need to copy from a custom field to a JIRA standard field it does not work. I get this error with the exact command above: Custom field 'fixVersions' is…
-
Also one more little problem. I tried to rename the field have - instead of space and that failed with: ./jira.sh --action runFromIssueList --search "project in (DGSERVER) and createdDate <= 2014-01-01" --common "-a copyFieldValue --issue @issue@ --toIssue @issue@ --field ""Found-in-Release"" --field2 ""affectsVersions""…

I can do the following and this fixed it! Here is my code. So since Database values pulls the data from an external database it must use a default value ATTO0A200002 for the field. So this fixed it: cfValues['Customer / Partner'] == null || cfValues['Customer / Partner'] == 'ATTO0A200002' So on doing an issue create the…
-
Actually I see now those are two different values. What it is in the database it store it in a unique manner: In the table customfieldvalue Every data is listed as, for that field, STRINGVALUE ATTO0A200002 And that is where it is messing up. Wow what a tricky one! OK it is the DB value plug in the way it store in the…

Thanks, and no worries about the wrong name I have been called worse log.debug is what I believe I am looking for! Actually I had to use log.error as I believe I am ignoring INFO. Weird but when I create the issue I put a value in there (AEPHJA30000M). Ii blocks it. Check atlassian-jira.log:2016-03-30 16:25:35,356…

Thanks Kristian, I assume you mean me (never been called Randy before , Rob, Robert, Roberto, Bob, but never Randy) I tried cfValues['Customer']?.value != null as well no luck. I agree that it may have something to do with the DB values plugin, and I am not blaming scriptrunner or claiming there is a bug in it, heck I…
-
I tried the conditions: cfValues['Customer / Partner']?.value == EMPTY cfValues['Customer / Partner']?.value == '' cfValues['Customer / Partner']?.value None of which works. I think it may be the way database values plugin is returning the value, as another text field works. Still weird that it works on create and not on…
-
Hi Kristian, Thanks for the reply! I am not looking for a particular value. I am looking to see if it has any value at all. The field is called 'Customer / Partner' so essentially I am looking for cfValues['Customer / Partner'] != EMPTY OR I could try: cfValues['Customer / Partner']?.value != EMPTY So by your…

I created a youtube video to demonstrate the behavior. http://youtu.be/wXWH7THrqRc?hd=1 I take the exact issue I just created and try to clone it and it fails.
