We just upgraded but limited ourselves to 7.8.1 (from 7.2.6) because many of our plugins did not support 7.9 yet. I would check to see if you plugins support it. 

Think the problem is that he did it to one issue and then changed it back, and we have like 7 version fields, so a JQL of any version field that was ever set to version xxx would be cool. OK I got the SSL working. @atlassian I BEG of thee. Please please please do not wipe out the conf/server.xml every upgrade, this is absolutely the most stressful part of upgrading Jira. OK this also fixed the login problem. whew....

There was a link to add a new license through the gui. It can be traversed to through <$Jira base url>/secure/ConfirmNewInstallationWithOldLicense.jspa I still prefer confluence's method of having a cfg.xml

BTW for others the only workaround I have found if you run into this is to use a different web browser until the timeout. So I always use Chrome, but when I get stuck and have to wait for user timeout, I temporarily jump to Firefox. Not ideal, but is a way around it.

First off you need to have the script running plugin. I would make sure that is bought and enabled. After that there is a space within "PR Form" That is not good for filenames. Actually I do not believe it works for either nor should it as the cache should be cleaned out upon reboot. Jira cannot just have a token saying this user is logged in and let any access just go through. That would be a major security hole. Thanks.
