what about the "Create" button? can you create those issue type issues?
-
the changes are usually added to your instance by Jira itself. in the admin section you can choose how the releases are made
-
you can follow the steps from these docs to create approvals for certain request types. in short, you'll need to: * add the approval step to your workflow status * add the approval custom field * add the field to your request type
-
maybe what can solve your issue is hiding the project in customer portal. if you log into your portal, click on "Customize" on the right, you'll have the "Edith home page layout". from here, you can hide your project with the eye icon
-
have you tried the solution provided in this comment ?
-
queues are based on certain criteria in your JQL. so if anything changes on your issue, the ticket should appear in the queue. you can use components or labels to categorize the issues and edit your JQLs to match those
-
have you tried to do this all with Jira native forms instead of third-party forms? it'll be much easier, I think
-
well, they're two different tools for two different things: [in short] Jira serves to organize your work and Confluence is for documentation management. you can create a JSM project to stay in touch with your client's requests, create a Confluence KB and connect it to your JSM project as KB. you can check these articles…
-
have you checked if the tickets included in your filter have the right SLA? have you added the appropriate columns?
-
if you move the issues, delete the current project from the trash, you can keep the old name. but other than that, @Michel Neeser 's solution is the only one
-
can you please clarify? maybe sharing some screenshots might help...
-
can you try to add them via project settings > people ?
-
have you checked if they're standard issues types? are the associated to the project?
-
I mean you can try to do approvals for all cases and for specific ones, and for specific cases you may look into automation (if issue X field value equals ABC) and field requirement transition
-
it's cause you're in a team-managed project. try to do it with a company-managed by creating that screen and adding it to the appropriate transition
-
I'll let others speak for themselves, but what I have seen before is counting how many times the tickets have been transitioned. so if you have a separate transition per group, you could potentially count how many times the ticket has been assigned to a certain group. but I'd suggest trying this in a test environment first

про права в спейсе/ пространстве тут насчет самих страниц: вверху самой страницы есть замок (restrictions). оттуда можете ограничить кто может только просмотреть страницу и кто может смотреть и редактировать ее. подробнее тут

well, as far as I understand, these are KB articles connected but I'm not sure. you can try
-

Hi @rtamam Do you have a knowledge base connected to your project? that might be what's showing up in your portal
-
thanks for the answer @Avinoam !
-
have you added them via Project settings>Access? cause per my understanding you're trying to give them access to the board without adding them into the project
-
hi! what kind of project is this and how are you adding them? can you share your steps?
-
hands down the best pie is and always will be apple pie! also, pizza? how @Kristján Geir Mathiesen ?
-
Hi everyone! I've been working with JSM for almost two years now and boy do I enjoy it. I get that JSM and JSW have two different goals but if I have to compare, as a Jira support agent, I enjoy JSM more just because how much more there is simply because there is another pov to it (talking about the client's portal).
-
thanks for the article! May I ask if there will ever be an option to bulk move pages into another space? maybe it's available and I haven't noticed it...
-
woah thanks a lot @Avinoamlearned quite the news!
-
yeah, I fully agree. I personally feel very limited with team-managed projects and I feel like I'm missing out on something big ahah

is there a chance your permissions were edited?
