Hi @Stefan Schumacher welcome to the community. When your Agents are creating a ticket for Organization A, are they creating it and filling in the 'Raise this request on behalf of' field with someone for Organization A? In my instance, as an Agent, I'm creating work items quite often that belong to a specific Organization,…

Hi @Fennie Lee welcome to the community. Does the system let you pick a temporary icon until you are able to make changes to the one you'd prefer? You could also try making a plain color if you don't like those options to use temporarily. I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira Site and couldn't find any suggestions to…

Hi @guanghao fan welcome to the community! If I'm understanding your question correctly, you are wondering if there is a way to start your pages in the "full width" mode. This Community Article will give you instructions to default your pages to Full Width In the General Settings for Confluence, the System Administrator…

Well this is much harder to do now as the authentic, antique equipment is becoming harder to find. But another rite of spring back in the day was of course.. Lawn Darts! Now keep in mind, these were not to be played at night, and took a little prowess. You didn't want to throw these like regular darts, as they were a bit…

@Kristján Geir Mathiesen wow! Another fabulous topic. My favorite Adult spring activities are "Pick up sticks" and "Clean the Windows". Realistically, I like to watch the farmer plant the crops in the field. Nothing happens when they're done for a while, and then all of a sudden you have rows of little corn or soybean…

With the snow quickly leaving, when I was looking to entertain myself, that meant it was time for me to grab my baseball glove and a ball and throw it up on the garage roof and wait to catch it rolling off the roof. Also there was throw it up in the air and catch it, or throw it up in the air and hit it with a bat. When…

Hi @Jim D I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira Site and didn't see anything related to changing the templates. It sounds like a good idea. I would suggest writing something up for Atlassian to look at. Feel free to attach the work item number. That way if people want to vote for and/or watch it, they could. Hope that…

Hi @Jovânio Junior in your Instance, under Settings (the cog) / Products / Jira Service Management choose 'Customer Access'. From there under 'Portal access' you can choose if you want customers to be able to create their own accounts or not. It's up to you if you only want Agents and Admins to create your customer…

@claudio campana from the Atlassian Administrator and click on the Billing Tab from the tob, click on any of the 'Manage' links on the right, then once that loads you should be able to see an 'Invoices' link in the Left Frame. Hope that helps.
-
Hi @claudio campana welcome to the community. Using Atlassian's Pricing Calculator I see for those users an annually billed Standard Plan would be $2075.00 US (not including any tax) I hope that's what you're looking for. You can always contact Atlassian Billing through Atlassian Support if you have any other questions.

Getting everyone on the same page is key when it comes to planning out projects and tasks. If you're going to have a repeatable process, everyone needs to know where the guiding documents and then stick to them. Making cross-team decisions is easier if the different teams are all using the same source of truth for…

Hi @Ross Heatley when you make a comment internal vs external, do you visually see a difference is JSM? Internal comments are also usually highlighted with a different background color. They also have an 'internal note' msg next to them Also, in your JQL, comment.internal will tell you if it's an internal comment. There is…

Hi Randy, I've requested Atlassian Support to take a look at this issue. It would agree, it shouldn't be a number of users thing. I don't recall having to make any configuration changes, but I think it seems there could be some clarification on this issue.

Hi @Tara Croteau welcome to the community. We stick to Features and Bugs. It really is up to you and your audience if you want to include Epic and Stories. And it also depends on how your Epics and Stories are defined. If including your Epics and Stories don't make sense to include in the Version Description, you certainly…

Hi @David Cardona welcome to the community. I would concur with @Marc -Devoteam- Using Organizations is your answer. When your customers are added to JSM, you can assign them to an Organization. Then I use Automation with some API calls when my support ticket is created to copy the user's organization to the ticket's…

Hi @Randy Barger welcome to the community. Take a look at this knowledge article from Atlassian. This is what I used to get everything setup to integrate my Confluence KB with my JSM project. There were a couple of extra things I needed to get setup in JSM so it would recognize the KB. It worked for me when we were on the…

Hi @Bruce Bradford welcome to the community. It would be my opinion that importing a Word Doc should get the imported page very close to WYSIWYG so that Word & Confluence should be close to matching. I took a quick look at Atlassian's Jira Site and didn't see anything specific to the issue you brought up here. If you can…

@kennaheng I use the workaround suggested by @A A Ron Geister _Trundl_ and put a space before and after the hyphen and I'm using the Cloud. Instead of typing JIRA-12345 and having it linked, I'll type JIRA - 12345 and then the linking doesn't happen. Hope that helps.

Hi @융겸 welcome to the community, I engaged Support for this request. I'm not sure if they're still able change your instance back to the Legacy editor, but it's worth a try. Hope that helps.

Hi @Victor Manuel Valencia Mejia welcome to the community. In my instance, I have the option select the "Work Item Assignee". I believe that's what you're looking for. Sorry if the screen shot is hard to read with the Dark Mode turned on. Hope that helps.
-
I've requested Atlassian Support assistance, let's wait for their input.

Hi @Piotr Iwanczuk I'm not seeing that from my Jira app. Were multiple users experiencing the same issue? Do you still experience that issue right now? Is the mobile phone using wireless or cellular for data access? Have you tried both connections? For troubleshooting purposes, were you able to access your Jira instance…

Hi @Martin Höffer welcome to the community! I apologize if there are any issues with the translation. Check out these two community articles. They both seem related to your question. How-to-move-bulk-pages Move-multiple-pages-to-another-parent-page A possibility involves using a parent page. Those articles are a few years…

Hi @Anil Kumar Narisetti welcome to the community! I took a look out on Atlassian's Jira Site and found JRACLOUD-93862 which sounds like the issue you are having. I would recommend voting for and watching it for updates. Also, share that with anyone else you might know that uses that functionality so it can get some more…

Whoops! Sorry about that. All fixed now.

Hi @1113_admin_allgemein welcome to the community. It's my understanding that your Administrator can contact Atlassian Support and request the Legacy Editor be reenabled in your Atlassian Instance. Pretty sure that should disable that pop up. Hope that helps.

Hi @david cockrell I found this Atlassian Accessibility document which may be of use to you. It also references an Accessibility Portal where you possibly could ask more specific questions on Accessibility. Hope that helps.

Hi @Gregory Wallace I found this partner page for Docusign that seems to be what you're looking for. It talks about tracking signatures inside of a Jira issue. As @Fabian Lim said, you might find something in the marketplace. It says it's for Confluence, but the body of the article includes references to Jira. I don't use…
