Thanks for the feedback @Sami Shaik

Hi @Sami Shaik Custom pages allow you to create and customise pages from scratch, with the components in the new help center. You can also host Forge apps on a custom page. Forge global pages cannot be hosted on custom pages.

Hey @Isaac Adebayo It should be available to all customers by mid November. The new help center comes with migration tooling to update existing help centers. You can select the help center you want to update in the migration wizard and the system will transform it to the new help center which you can further edit and…

Hi! Yes, that's right. The JSM Virtual Service Agent, and this integration, is available for both Premium and Enterprise customers.

@Shane O_Connell Assist responds when user posts a question as shown in the demo. If Assist is unable to provide a resolution, it will show an option to the user to raise a request. Here's a screenshot with the raise request option. Does this help?

Thanks @Mark Benson

Thanks for the feedback @Masayuki Abe This is very helpful! To clarify, when you say "multiple errors" are you looking to see rules that have failed multiple times in a certain time period?

@Bill Sheboy Thank you for the suggestions. We'll update the documentation and evaluate how we can surface more information on the audit logs.

@Lara_Jones Apologies for the confusion here. As @Bill Sheboy clarified, limits in the new model will be active from 1st November. We've launched the new usage page in preview mode (without limit enforcement) to help you understand how usage translates in the new model. The current model is still in effect, so you will…

@Yatish Madhav That's right. A rule can have multiple actions but is only counted once for every run with at least one successful action.
-
@Patrick Chen The emails were based on a calculation of usage, counting single project rules, and adjusting for successful runs in the new model. We did want to make recommendations based on this analysis, but we can't guarantee that a customer will exceed the new limits. If the data you see on the usage tab has…

@Lara_Jones It is likely that your usage has changed since our assessment date. Apologies for the confusion. Please get in touch with the support team; we'd be happy to help with the Premium trial.

@Lara_Jones Our support team will be happy to help with the Premium trial, if you haven't received the email.

@Derek Fields _RightStar_ Thank you for the question. From 1st November, all customers will see the new usage page in automation based on the new model. Limits will be enforced on the next renewal date for products on an annual subscription and with quotes created before October. Trust this clarification helps. Please feel…

Hello All, Thank you for the feedback and questions. We’re sharing our responses to some common questions and concerns we’ve seen in your comments. We hope these provide more context and clarification on the change. 1. Why are single-project rules counted in the new model? Our vision is to expand automation beyond Jira…
-
@Guido Menardi Thank you for the question. The packaging change is only related to the number of available rule runs. There is no change to the daily processing limit.
-
@Boldizsár Vermes That's great to know!

@Sami Ahmed Shaik Thank you for the question. Jira Work Management Standard edition has a flat limit of 1,000 runs per month. This does not change with the number of users on the edition. The Premium edition has a limit of 100 runs per user per month. This is a per-user limit, cumulative across all users on the edition.…

Hi @Boldizsár Vermes Thank you for trying this out and sharing the feedback. The trigger should work for comments deleted on stories, tasks, and sub-tasks. To enable this trigger to work for system-generated comments as well, you'll need to enable this checkbox in the rule configuration. Can you try this and let us know if…
