Hi @Omar Bouchouari and welcome to the Community. There's a workaround. * In PowerPoint, go to File > Export. * Chose Export to PDF. * Open in the PDF file in Acrobat Reader. * Go to File > Save as text. * Open the text file in your text editor. * Copy/paste into Confluence. (this method imports any text - including from…

@chencheng_igwfmc_com Maybe it's possible to do it programmatically by running some sort of script but, as server is no longer supported, you'll have to do a bit of research yourself. I believe you can manually delete older versions but that's an overkill... As for Confluence server maintenance, here's what my team was…

Hi @Eunji Roh I think the root cause of the issue are GUI elements of the specific apps that you're using. Each app adds its own bits and then it gets crowded. Obviously, the Confluence GUI cannot be programmed to handle the unknown unknowns in terms of which apps, their number, their specific UI elements... I see you have…

H @JWoodard and welcome to the Community. I believe it's in the domain of Rovo - https://www.atlassian.com/software/rovo
-
@Shashi Matha - you can also look at this if you're looking for a more complex solution (you can still implement the JSM integration from @Mikael Sandberg's post.

Hi @Niamh Russell and welcome to the Community. So everybody uses Jira and nobody uses Confluence, correct? You can create a Confluence site with any number of users - Atlassian apps within an Organization are independent, so you can have 2000 folks on Jira, 150 on Jira Service Management, 14 on Confluence. Your Confluence…

Hi @Iryna Sukhatska and welcome to the Community. You cannot change look and feel of Confluence Cloud via CSS. You can change colors, logo, favicon but not much else. But you use an app that can very much change the look and feel of your Confluence. For example, this is my company's documentation website. It's authored in…

@Jean-Michel Ochmann Based on my experience on server and cases I've seen here, the links between A and B will probably break. The links between spaces within A, and the links between spaces within B, will not break if a whole site is migrated in one go. Perhaps you can test this on small scale with a space from A and a…
-
Hi @Jean-Michel Ochmann Within a single Confluence environments, links should be preserved if the migration is done in one chunk. Or are you talking about links from Confluence A to Confluence B? If that's the case, maybe instead migrating A -> C and B -> C, you could go A -> B, then AB -> C.

@Lisa That I don't know https://www.loom.com/pricing This page looks very Atlassian-like but you can also go this way https://www.atlassian.com/software/loom and click get it for free. But as far as I can see, it's not fully integrated into the billing.
-
So, you have a space A and a space B. Space B is your main content, here's where you have Scroll Docs. In space B, you are including a page from space A. You are exporting XLIFFs from space B. I would check if Scroll Docs/Translation have access to space A. Just as you cannot see an included page if you don't have access…

You can also add labels in the edit mode thru the ... menu. In fact, it's the only way to add a label to the root page.

@Julia If those two users only need to read content, there's a solution how to make the content available to them thru an app and using SAML SSO (they can access the selected content, but the public can't). But it requires a paid app and if you don't have the SAML SSO setup already in place, then upgrading to Standard,…

Hi @Hendrik Knöll What do you mean by 'mirror'? Reuse the page/content via page/excerpt include? This can be a permission issue. Typically, you would export your XLIFFs from the space where you do your Document management. (you may be running a setup similar to mine but I'm not using localizations in Scroll Docs).
-
Hi @Bartosz Rutkowski and welcome to the Community This is an interesting use case. This side of exporting pages individually one by one... Take a look at the Scroll PDF Exporter by K15t. It does produce better PDFs than the stock exporter but also has many configuration options (and API) I don't think it can do the whole…

Hi @Hartman_ Erik _External_ and welcome to the Community Try to look at the @David at David Simpson Apps's Google Analytics in Confluence. (David is a fellow Community member.)
-
The closest thing I can think of would be placing the individual renditions into a table or can try searching the Marketplace to see if there's an app for this usecase.
-
You're welcome @Reynier Y_ De Lara
-
Hi @Craig_Harley Would the Action item macro work for you?
-
I don't see inside your specific setup. But yes - unless the app is free, you must pay for it once the free trial expires or the circumstances for the free version change. Otherwise you won't be able to use it.
-
Hi @Reynier Y_ De Lara and welcome to the Community I believe you're using this app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/144/page-approval-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud Based on the message, it seems that you did not purchase the app - either the trial period expired or you were on the free license for under…

@Archana Javgal I see - I would ask for help of someone who knows how to handle APIs. I can't :(

Hi @Victor Lee There are restrictions on customizing HTML in Confluence Cloud. See https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Simple-HTML-script-works-in-preview-only-stops-working-when-the/qaq-p/2878630

Hi @Jacqui and welcome to the Community Look at Pages Manager - you can add labels in bulk and filter pages by labels. And you can do it across multiple spaces at once. The app is free. There's also Panorama - that uses a bit different approach and has broader filtering options but can't do bulk editing.

Hi @Archana Javgal and welcome to the Community. This discussion might help https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/How-to-add-labels-to-confluence-pages-in-bulk/qaq-p/1771337

Hello @김은비 and welcome to the Community. This is a public community forum and while there are many Atlassians here, the fastest way to bring a bug to their attention is to open a ticket with Support. https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ Tip: After you fill in a couple of details, you should the option to open a chat…

You're welcome!

I use soft-return to force a 'non-paragraph' in a list :D Not ideal if I need to combine this with images and various levels of list indents though.
-
Hi @Olga Bazhanova I can think of three easy solutions. Pages Manager, a free Confluence app, allows you to display pages in multiple spaces and filter them by label. You can also bulk edit / add labels to multiple pages at once. As far as I can tell, you cannot filter by NO label. But you'll see which pages have label or…
