@Shannon Meehan _K15t_ - can't wait to test the Sites!
-
@Marco Nowak There would be a questionaire about your interaction with Atlassian products pertaining to the subject matter of the test, your role, your company and such. Basically, matter-of-fact, relevant details. Then you'd be approved or not, if former, you'd get a chance to choose from data/time options.

Hi @Patrick Geering Perhaps we can get some K15t folks on the call too :D AFAIK, it's on AWS. There are helpdesk integration options - https://help.k15t.com/scroll-viewport/help-desk-integrations They're also launching a new iteration of Viewport, Scroll Sites, which is a major revamp of Viewport so there's definitely more…

Why is User Interviews asking for private and personal information as a pre-condition for signing up for this interview? Is the type of medical insurance (which seems to take into account US insurance realia only), number of children etc. relevant to answer question about Atlassian subscription management?
-
@Patrick Geering You will handle everything in Confluence, only the 'consumption' level will be in Viewport. I actually tested Viewport with B1nary's Breeze and it works - I had it configured using the Breeze's option of the secondary space for edits (approvals etc.) and discussed the options with Adrian Hulsmann at length…

Hi @Patrick Geering There could be two solutions: One Multi-confluence setup within your Atlassian org. One micro-confluence per client. Admittedly, this would work better on Confluence Enterprise, but it's still doable on Standard, albeit with a mild discomfort. Two You remain on a single Confluence * use an marketplace…

Hi @Joel Hueter and welcome to the Community. The 'hiccup' message typically appears when I try to install an app and something somewhere goes wrong - even if I'm an admin. The situation typically sorts itself out (my experience is anything between 5 minutes to 2 hours). Given that you appear to lack sufficient…

@Jon Wilson I asked ChatGPT. Two conclusions emerged: * The obvious one * ChatGPT does not understand sarcasm

@marc -Collabello--Phase Locked- Can it tell me which pages from the space are not in the database? 'Cause that would be perfect :)
-
HI @Aurelie MBIANDA and welcome to the Community. You can - but it's not a straightforward journey. I wrote a little article here on Community a while ago on the subject - just please read the comments too, especially the latest ones as Databases keep evolving and changing. So I hope the update in my latest comments still…

Hi @deb and welcome to the Community. I'm using the latest Chrome and I've just copy/pasted an excel table onto a Confluence page where it rendered as expected - as a table. I simpy selected the range of cells (or the entire table) and hit copy, hit paste and the table appeared on my Confluence page. It also works from…

Hi @Sarah Tanko and welcome to the Community. Can you specify what do you mean by 'pictures of powerpoint slides'? Are those screenshots of PDF slides in a jpg or a png format?
-
Friends come in all possible spirits, so in no particular order @Barbara Szczesniak for reassuring me my posts are useful :) @Darryl Lee for writing speaking my favorite language - sarcasm - and making me laugh while learning @Tomislav Tobijas for knowledge and answering stamina that can only be admired And all folks from…

@Andy Gladstone wow! Thank you!
-
Oh wow! Thank you so much @Barbara Szczesniak , I'm glad you find my presence here useful and helping!

Hi @Yasmin Khamis and welcome to the Community. I have a page like that and it can be extremely frustrating to wait for changes to show (or the page to load in the edit mode). The solution is to split the page into logical chunks and save each as a standalone page, then use page include macro on the main page. Example:…

Hello @Ludovic Freva and welcome to the Community The price would depend on how users there are in your Confluence and what app you install. https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=Open+API+%28Swagger%29&product=confluence&hosting=cloud Select an app, click the pricing tab, enter the number of you Confluence users…
-
Reading the comments induces a mild case of app...oplexy :) But I wanna touch upon the phone app analogy. When I explain Confluence, one of the first things I say is that I view Confluence as a platform. Just like iOS or Android. You buy a phone and it does a couple things. Then you install your (marketplace) apps and…

What about marketplace apps? Still apps? Or plugins? ;)

Hi @Gal Berdugo * Copy paste content from the PDF into the Confluence page. * Export from PDF to text/word -> import (or copy paste). * Programatic approach as @David Nickell suggested. It depends on how many PDF files you have and how they're structured. Also, not all PDFs are created equal - sometimes, I get a great…

Hi @Abby Anetsberger Blog shows the creator, not the owner, if I'm not mistaken. So even if you change the owner, the blog will display the creator. A workaround would be get the exec to create a bunch of empty blogs (or pages as the page can be converted to a blog). If they have their own space, which they probably do, it…

Hi @shaily.mehta As @Brant Schroeder said, there's no hard-coded native way for a functional review workflow. I can recommend two apps: * Breeze and B1nary * Workflows for Confluence by Appfox The main reason is that they can actually separate document creation/editing and adjacent workflow and document consumption…

Hi @Padmanabhan K and welcome to the Community The information is still there: (but I agree, it does require extra action - to me, last editor is more imporant than owner)
-
Hi @Kevin Washabaugh I hope this might help :)
-
Hi @Krawutske Rainer Maria and welcome to the community. Pls, be aware that this is a public forum and we can't access your billing and settings. I understand that you are NOT on a free plan, which means you have access to Atlassian support - https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ I suggest that you get in touch with…

Hi @Priya Arora Exporting a space (in any format) is just that - export the content into a file(s). The space itself remains unchanged.

Hi @Abrar Sidahmed and welcome to the Community Depends on what kind of metadata you're after but you can create a DB with links to those pages (page link) and then configure individual columns to display what's needed. I discuss this in my article here on Community…

Hi @Edouard Dopper Create a Confluence page that you want to have as a parent (or use an existing one). When you position the cursor over that page, you'll see a Plus button. Click it, create a new page and it will become a child page. You can also drag and drop pages around. If you want Page A to become a child page of…

Hello @Xiang Zhang and welcome to the Community. You can experiment with customizing CSS. Back in my server days, we used this approach to hide certain elements of the UI.

Hi @learntheropes and welcome to the Community. Actually, it's probably the same issue as on-prem. Your home page / root page settings may be messed up (it happens to the best of us). Go to Space Settings > Content > Reorder: As you can see, all my pages are under the Overview page with the Home icon next to it. All those…
