Hi @Rod Montrose and welcome to the Community. This should do the trick. (I'm on the old UI but the principle should be the same).

@Florian Wüst - you can publishe a live page - but only after you convert it to the a regualar page. Some apps require a regular page to work with (and work as expected) so I tend to look at live docs as a sort of drafting environment that I get out of once the work is done.
-
Hi @Bruce Bradford It might be easier to split the word doc and import multiple files at once.
-
Hi @Florian Wüst and welcome to the Community. Is this before you publish the page or after? A new live doc page is draft and it's possible that other components of the ecosystem cannot take cue from what is, for practical purposes, not a published page.

Hi @Ariane Giraud That UI change affect all apps that used the white space for their modals (buttons, lozenges, etc.). Vendors of the apps I was using approach this in various ways, one moved the status lozenge to the breadcrumbs under the page title, the other moved the button to the three dots ... page options menu. The…

Hi @Sarah SERKHANE To expand on @Yulia Lenina _AppFox_'s answer, there's also Space Sync for Confluence by Ricksoft. It does exactly what the names says - it syncs content between two, or among more, spaces - including spaces on multiple Confluence sites. It does so on per page / or per space basis, you can set it as…

@Ian MacDonald Just to add my 5 cents, in Confluence settings, there's the Macro usage section. It lists unused macros and then all used ones. Click the macro name, and search page opens - listing all pages where that macro is in use. By using the filter, you can narrow down the time scope etc. It's not meant for real-time…

Hello @Harsh Patil and welcome to the Community. The easiest option is to use a Page Include macro on the target page. Basically, every time you update page A, the content will be made available on page B where the Page Include macro is. If the two pages are in a two different spaces, you can also use a sync app. * Space…

Hi @Mike Gasaway I'd first establish under which account you're accessing the suspected two orgs / sites. Contact Atlassian support https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ - after you fill in a couple of details you should see the option to start a live chat with an actual agent. They can request that you grant them…

Hi @Maja Jacyszyn You did not mention Guests in the original question :) On a serious note, yes, that is true but this behavior is both expected and logical - it's permissions driven. Guests can only access one space at a time, so if you're including content from space they cannot access, they won't be able to see that.…

Hello @Dr. Karol Grandez and welcome to the Community. Free version of Confluence does not support detailed permissions control. You can have up to 3 active whiteboards per user - could this explain the 'read only' issue?

Hi @Susan Merola Simply add the following label to the pages that you want to hide from the viewport site: scroll-help-center-exclude-page The page will be accessible but only for those who know the exact URL (it will not appear in the tree). https://help.k15t.com/scroll-viewport/exclude-pages-from-navigation-and-search If…

Hello @Tayapat PINNOI Exporting the space from Sandbox as XML / CSV and importing to the production site should work.
-
* On the space's home page (root page), click the three dot ... menu, click Copy, select a new space (create it before you start) and include children (there might be a limit on how many pages you can copy in one go. * Copy Page Tree * Space Sync for Confluence * Comala Publishing

Hello @Marie-Noëlle Lamothe Did you consider using a solution that would make managing localizations (and the whole localization process) easier? I'm interested in how you manage the localization process (after a page is created). Is the page in the same space? Global translator will create a child page but how do you…

@Jason Young This is weird because it's working for me as expected: I refreshed the page, I closed it and re-opened - and it stayed there. I wonder if it might be a permissions thing ... or affected by browser/extensions. I'm an admin and I'm on Chrome Version 134.0.6998.166 (Official Build) (arm64).

Hi @Dwight Holman By profession, I'm a tech writer - so I need both the vertical space for writing AND the horizontal space to work with multiple source of information. I want to avoid endless scrolling up/down and I also want to avoid endless window switching. For content work, I experimented with 4K screens running at…

Hi @pam_hite_wbd_com You can disable public links (ability to create public links) in Confluence settings.

Hi @Ganthe_ Yash I have an idea which I cannot test now - there's nobody around at this hour on Friday :) Embed a database on a dedicate page - let's call it Page A. Restrict the page to View only. Then use the Include Page macro on the page where you want the database to appear and include Page A. No guarantee, just an…

Hi @Dedra N Adams and welcome to the Community. I don't think it's possible. The moment you click a PDF in the view mode, it opens. If you for 'inline' display and highlight a section of the file name, the comment option is grayed out. As a workaround, you may want to introduce the PDF with a short sentence such as 'See…

Hi @Stavros Bastakis The closest you can get is to put a code macro (or a table) to a page, then embed the page on a white board. The embedded page's preview is small but you can expand it. On my screenshot, I have both a table and a code box. This might solve some of the use-cases.
-
Hi @Jason Young and Welcome to Community. Would this work?
-
Thanks for the update, @Yulia Lenina _AppFox_ ! Can't wait to test it.
-
@Sussi Åström As far as I know, you can keep track of individual pages and you should be able to idenfify, which pages are behind and need to be translated. About that Toolking button.... moving it was necessitated by the UI changes which removed any UI elements of any app in that area (I had two apps that were affected).…

Hello @Anna Podkańska and welcome to the Community. The easiest way is to use a so called theme app from Marketplace. They come in all shape and sizes and for various use-cases. * Scroll Viewport by K15t * Mantra and Aura by Appanvil * Spacecraft by Seibert * Refined Sites by Refined * Instant websites by Glintech We're…
-
Hi @Tony If the actual heading is within a macro, clicking that heading's TOC representation will do nothing. Isn't that the case?
-
@Sussi Åström I used Scroll Versions with Translations extensively - I used an external localization partner and worked exclusively with XLIFF files in my workflow. Overall, Scroll Documents with the Translation add on takes a slightly different approach compared to Scroll Versions but the general idea remains the same…
-
Hi @Sussi Åström Scroll Documents (Translations for Scroll Documents) only need one space.
