Hi @Kim Clark It seems that a series of recent Confluence updates is causing multiple issues with PDF exports. People were reporting broken CSS customizations, missing content elements, or PDF export always exporting the entire space instead of selected pages. The common denominator is 'things worked just a couple of…

Hi @vkothandapani and welcome to the Community. If I understand it correctly, you have a Confluence page. On that page, you have a Microsoft Word file as an attachment. That attachment is, by definition, only a file attached to the page, so any work must happen outside of Confluence. Which means that you need to develop a…

I moved a folder with two pages from a regular space to my own personal space and back. I requested help from Support so I hope we'll get some insight on this.
-
Hi @J Conners There is an app for that - Space Sync for Confluence by Ricksoft. Not only it copies the page, it syncs the content between two spaces, so you only need to update it in one of them. Although bi/multidirectional sync is also supported.…

I've just moved a Folder with two saved drafts in live edit mode between two spaces and... it worked. I wonder if this could be a permission/restrictions issue... I'm going to request help :)
-
Hi @Kevin Robinson There might be a table app that can do that... but your solution works too. P.S. You need a bigger hammer :)
-
Hi @Chris Chambers I just moved a folder with a page between two spaces without issues. Can you clarify what you mean by a 'saved draft'? Is it about live editing or do you have a workflow app?
-
Confluence Cloud does not support CSS customization.

Hi @Ramesh Goud Guniganti and welcome to the Community. This might help - https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/share-content-externally-with-public-links/ "Anonymous users will be able to view your public name. To update how your name appears to anonymous users: * Select your avatar, then Manage Account. *…

@Arvind Singha I'm an admin and my account is still managed. But you if in doubt, contacting your admin for guidence is alwyas the best option.
-
I'd approach this from the opposite end. Warning: I'll speak as a content life-cycle manager now :) * I'd have a 'master' page of the Report. * This would be the only page to be edited and updated. * After each update, the updating person would create a snapshot (copy) of the page with the title following the agreed…

Let me know if it works. And if it does, I'd appreciate if you consider accepting the answer :)

@Antonina Yudina is your use case to * create a copy a single specific page every two weeks or multiple pages? * is it within a space or between two spaces? I'm asking because in certain scenarios (permutations of the above options), there might be a neat way to do that (involves an app).
-
@Antonina Yudina You can configure the Copy Page action

Hi @Arvind Singha and welcome to the Community. Confluence hierarchy is as follows: Site > Space > Page If you click the Spaces tab in the top bar, you should see your personal space there. If you can't, try clicking the 'View all spaces' option in that Spaces tab menu. If you still don't suceed, contact your Confluence…

Hi @Zameer Nazeer CTOO and welcome to the Community. The easiest way is to export the selected pages from one site as XML (or CSV) and then import the XML/CSV file in the other site. You cannot import HTML space export. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/import-a-confluence-cloud-space/

Hi @Stephane Benhamou and welcome to the Community. I may be mistaken here but if you export / backup a space and import it to a new tent, it should move everything providing you set up the target with identical apps. I would try Space Sync for Confluence app by Ricksoft - it does what it says it does, it syncs spaces…
-
Hello @남은지 and welcome to the community. Option 1: Rather then using page include macro, you can Use Space sync by Ricksoft for Confluence. You can simply synchronize (push) pages from space to another. If you update a page in ONE, you can just sync the updates to the pendant page in TWO. You can select all pages or…

I understand that customizing font sizes complicates the feature implementation but the whole UI is rather ... not intuitive :) On the other hand, it does the job that covers the scope of work most users of paid apps would use so...

Hi @Prakash Rajamani For text in the textbox, you can expand the box to make the text larger as @Nikola Perisic pointed out. If you just type text in a rectangle etc. you have to use Text Styles to play with the text size. And your options are rather limited. But it does work.
-
@Nikola Perisic - this only works with the text box. But if you just type text in rectangle or so, there's no box to expand.

Actually, Appfox are going to fix the links (Appfox entered the chat in nother question thread here to confirm that). We're using Comala Docs Approval and Publishing but are considering switching to Workflows once they fix the links. I tested the app and it worked for me - including publishing third party apps' metadata…
-
Hi @Normann P_ Nielsen _Netic_ You may take a look at Breeze by B1nary. On Workflows, I wonder if perhaps setting up the Official version, or whatever they call it, might help. Another feature is Publishing, at which point the app syncs approved content to another space, basically separating your Workflow space from your…

Hi @Thomas Van de Pol and welcome to the Community You need to do it in Space Settings. You can change the root page in Space Settings > Space details (you need to open for more details). In Home content field, just start typing and select the new Home page. Then you should reorder the pages in Settings > Content > Reorder…

Hello @Anamika Sarkar A fellow Viewport user here (this is our site) Generally speaking, we're getting good search results (and great SEO) by following a couple of simple rules. * use key words in the first paragraph * use hidden excerpt (confluence macro) with key words on important pages You can also enable AI search…
-
Hi @Jen Kairuz To expand on @Lucas Modzelewski _Lumo_ answer, you can also search the specific space's Content section by page titles and deploy a search macro on any Confluence page
-
Hi @Jenn M - I can confirm your findings. It seems impossible to resize an inline image. However, once you click the inline image in the view mode, it embiggens to its full size. Yes, it's an extra step but then the text looks neater and more uniformed in height.
-
Hi @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM - it seems that resizing only work when you exit the inline more... the moment you convert the image to inline, you're loosing the option to change the size. I agree they're messing around with the defaults. Not so long ago, you could just drop the image in between words and make it inline…

@Glenn Shapanka Just to add to previous answers (that answer your question), you can also have multiple Confluence sites within your Atlassian Cloud organization, each with any number of seats you like and on any edition. You can have 200 user Premium next to 400 user Standard, with any number of unique or overlapping…

Try exploring smart buttons - I've never used them, but if I understand it correctly, you would have to manually visit every single page. https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/smart-buttons-for-automation-in-confluence/ I'd use the app... :) (I'm not affiliated with the vendor, I just use the app)
