Hi Amy! You can add attachments in Confluence databases using the "Media and files" field type.
-
Hi @Rob Hean would you mind reaching out to me via email so I can forward you some information and work out scheduling? mmachuca@atlassian.com
-
@Matt Reiner _K15t_ Amazing! Thanks for sharing!
-
Hi @Barbara Szczesniak unfortunately no, if you have a Whiteboard that has been marked as inactive and is in view-only, it will remain inactive even if you transfer the ownership of it to someone else with available slots.
-
Hi @Dave Mathijs like mentioned in our docs "It’s not currently possible to transfer ownership of space overview pages or blogs." So the work around you have found, to temporarily make a different page your space overview, is the best solution at this time.

Hi @Brad Miele today, content types like Whiteboards and Databases do not have support for mobile. The team is actively exploring how we can unlock view access on mobile. Please share any feedback if you encounter issues with crashing or performance related to trying to interact with whiteboards or databases on mobile.

Hi @[deleted] That'd be @Christina Ristevski email: cristevski@atlassian.com

Hi @Mark Lander would you mind screenshotting an example? I just tried adding a slack message link to a database, and didn't have an issue. Could you share the exact URL format you're trying to add?
-
Hey @Mark Lander have you had a chance to try the "image" field type? While it only works for images now, is that the same type of behavior you'd like to see for documents?
-
Yes! I was reviewing some of the internal chatter around this issue, and it's been raised across teams as, like you mentioned it isn't database specific.
-
Hey @Filip Callewaert Really appreciate you re-raising this, and we always appreciate your activity in the community! I understand this bug has caused you and other customers issues. I have spoke with the team and we have prioritized looking into this, this week. I totally recognize that this is a high priority issue, I…

Hi @[deleted] I'll dig into this with the team but, the banner should have appeared starting Tuesday March 26th. I apologize if did not appear as expected, but like I mentioned previously it was a 2 front approach, I am glad to hear your Site admin was able to forward you the email sent to them and you were able to be…
-
Hi @[deleted] As of now the migration is scheduled to re-run March 22nd, emails with details should have been sent to all affected admin sites today. Additionally you might have seen the banner I mentioned appear within databases as of Monday. If you reach out via support, I can get you re-migrated sooner than the…
-
Hi @[deleted] I meant that the affected databases had "(Orderly database)" instead of just "(database)" added to their original names. Those names didn't have 'Orderly' in their names, so the migration script was able to make the distinction somewhere and executed differently upon that. Yes, like you have noticed certain…

Hi @Matthias Gaiser _K15t_ Apologies, my images did not post correctly in my previous message. Below are samples of the 3 surfaces the banner would appear. (Note the content may slightly differ) This is, within the left navigation tab, directly when viewing a standalone database, and within the database. As for a notice…
-
Hi @[deleted] Matthew here from the Confluence Team. We also saw a difference in naming after the migration, with some databases having 'Orderly' added to their new names. The naming scheme for Databases inherited this from the original acquisition of orderly databases, databases created before a certain point contained…

thanks for all the details @Hendrik Hillus I have someone from the team looking into this, but they themselves are unable to reproduce. The ask is, are you able to file a support ticket, and include everything you shared there. From there, support will likely ask for access to investigate your site specifically. Thanks!…

Can you confirm that entries not showing up when applying filters in views is a seperate problem bug? I tried reproducing this, and did not seem to find the same issue. Would you be able to provide any screenshots of the issue. * I created an "entry link field" * Added values from another database to display * created a…
-
@Hendrik Hillus We have identified an issue regarding the EAP -> beta migration surrounding "entry links". Currently, there is a rollback mitigation available if you wish to reach out to support and file a ticket. I will note though, that the rollback will bring you back into the EAP experience, and databases created in…

Hi @Hendrik Hillus would you be able to provide your sitename? Also if you have not already have you happened to file a ticket with support?
