Hi @Georgina Stutzer visitors can just view the public whiteboard. For now, Confluence Whiteboards does not support commenting or editing public whiteboards, however, we have noted this in our backlog! 

Hi @Simon Marles visitors aren't able to edit or add to the public whiteboard, just simply view it. If you would like to edit the whiteboard, you must sign in and follow the CTAs to access the internal whiteboard.

Hi @Johnson you can learn more about what renders on a public link on the support documentation here If a space or site disallows public links, it will have a disabled state such that a user cannot toggle the public link on for a page.

Hi @Stefan Draber Only the current page owner, and space and site admins are able to change the owner of a page, including when the owner you'd like to change is deactivated/deleted.

Hey @Darrel Jackson page owner is currently not queryable in the page properties report macro. We hear your feedback and are undertaking initial work to make this field queryable so that it can be used in macros. Thank you!
