This isn't an out of the box feature for Confluence and I'm not aware of any off the shelf apps that will do this for you in Confluence Cloud. However, it could be built as a custom app. While I can't see Atlassian addressing this anytime soon as an out of the box feature, you might like to vote/comment on this enhancement…

Bearing in mind Confluence is a wiki, that isn't part of the out of the box functionality. You can use simple protocols to just say on the page that it is in draft / not approved or a work-in-progress (this is sometimes called a social workflow). Comments can also be used as part of your record to say "I reviewed and…

Are you talking about customise the sidebar with links? Only someone with space admin privileges can manage those.
-
There are lots of macros to help with this, like: * Chart Macro * Status Macro * Roadmap Planner To aggregate information from different pages (for different teams or projects), also have a look at the Excerpt and Excerpt Include macros, and the Page Properties and Page Properties Report macros.
-
The bug was introduced due to a change by Atlassian to their API, but has now been updated and is working again.
-
Sorry, I can't think of one that will do this. There is visibility add-on, but it uses other conditions to hide content (e.g. membership of a group). Maybe explore some of the form based add-ons?

You've tagged this question as being for Confluence Cloud, so the short answer is that out of the box this is going to be hard on this version of Confluence. The closest might be to use page templates and maybe some creative use of macros like Excerpt Include for boilerplate text.

@A_ S_ you might like to check the following past discussion related to to your question (and how to customise Confluence to address it) https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/I-would-like-to-remove-anonymous-access-as-a-choice-for-Space/qaq-p/231208 and also this open enhancement…

Check the roadmap for features that have been removed or changed in the new editor: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/confluence-cloud-editor-roadmap-967314556.html This is "coming soon".
-
Check the marketplace - there are some apps that enhance the blogging experience on the server edition of Confluence. I've also built an app that does something similar, but its for Confluence Cloud only.
-
There are examples of apps that do something similar, but not for Craft. For example Scroll WP Publisher and Instant Websites for Confluence. The developer of those apps might be able to help with adding support for Craft.

This is actually a SharePoint issue - I believe you need to activate Document IDs in your SharePoint instance, then use the durable link that it generates. BTW as Confluence is a wiki, it automatically tracks its own pages if they move or are renamed. It also provides a durable "Tiny Link", which can be via the page…

Check the roadmap for features that have been removed or changed in the new editor: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/confluence-cloud-editor-roadmap-967314556.html Atlassian say they have removed this feature because: "it had almost no usage, but added significant visual clutter and complexity to Confluence.…

Hi @Thespina Michelakis - I'm not an Atlassian employee, so only respond here as and when I have time. I don't believe there is an out of the box macro that will solve this specific requirement, so you would need a custom macro developed to do this.

Check the roadmap for features that have been removed or changed: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/confluence-cloud-editor-roadmap-967314556.html * Markup has been replaced by Markdown * Layouts and sections have been replaced by the column macro

That would be a nice site wide feature, but at the moment it would need to be a feature managed by an app itself (I have seen some that do this) or a space theme.
-
It works as advertised, but if you have more than 100 results you will still need to page through the results. The Confluence API actually returns large result sets in a paginated format, so the only way around this would be to create your own app that would give you a single page of results if you have 100s of pages to…

Just like copying and pasting, once the document (exported from Google Docs as a Word document) is imported into Confluence, it will become editable just like any other Confluence page. The only difference is that your images will be imported as well this way. This is different from attaching the file to a page.
-
This is a known "bug", however even if this worked I think you would find it would actually embed the image from the source, rather than attaching it (so they will break if the original Google Docs page is deleted or if the user doesn't have access). A better way is to export from Google Docs to Word, then import the Word…

Have a look at this answer https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Search-for-Confluence-Pages-without-Tags/qaq-p/658172 - the search results page will show the last edited date. You just need to add the additional filter option to limit to a particular space. Otherwise, try the CQL Search app in the…

There is no easy way out of the box to do this, but there are some apps in the marketplace that can help with this - take a look at Copy Page Tree and Space Tree Creator (copy space).
-
Are you talking about the Children Display Macro? Have you tried the Page Tree Macro? You can then manually order them.
-
It might be worth asking that in the new editor discussion? https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-discussions/Try-out-the-new-editing-experience/td-p/1000813

Unless the site wide setting in Global Permissions allows anonymous users, they won't be able to access spaces that have granted anonymous users access. Global Permissions is a site wide setting.
-
No, it is not the syntax - the out of the box macro only sorts by one column.
-
The roadmap for the new editor in Cloud says that: We removed this feature because it had almost no usage, but added significant visual clutter and complexity to Confluence. Not saying I agree with the idea that just because something has low usage it should be removed, but that appears to be the rational behind it.
-
Awesome - you too! PS depending on what you are using Confluence for, you might also find a (free) app I built for Confluence Cloud of interest, called News for Confluence Cloud. It lets you feature blogposts from across your Confluence site into a news page.

Actually... looking at your original screenshot again, you've already selected that page to be the home page already?
-
You are almost there! Goto the 'Overview' tab: Then type the name of the page you created ("Homepage test") into the Home page field:

This is something peculiar to Confluence Cloud - I don't believe even the new "Premium" subscription is necessarily going to change this. However in practice this is easily addressed through the default space permissions, so that (for example) your 'administrators' group is always added with space admin rights. But you I…
