Not on Confluence Cloud, although there are some add-ons that allow you to publish a page out to website/WordPress, if you want to hide all the Confluence functionality: * Instant Websites for Confluence * Scroll WP Publisher

With the launch of the new integrated profiles, the UX of managing Confluence product settings is a little sub-optimal right now. Click on your avatar in the left-hand navigation - There are two possible paths: The first is to access it via your Profile. You need to click on "Manage your account". You will see some tabs,…

If you are tied to the existing format, then the only way I can think of achieving this is as I outlined above. An easier option for a unique reference number would be to use the Page ID.

The Create from Template macro does allow you to insert the date into the title, although this is limited to YYYY-MM-DD. However, users can easily overwrite this. But what's your use case here? Out of the box, Confluence knows what a document is first created - the only thing that isn't part of the standard meta-data would…

Unfortunately there is no easy way to do this now - the method I describe above is no longer available in Confluence Cloud. However, utilising the fact that the sidebar pages list reflects the structure of the page under the space's homepage you could make the homepage a single page (no children) and have the other pages…

You can only either provide anonymous public access OR named user accounts. You could allocate a single account to be a shared account, with view only access.

Some suggestions to consider: * Create an archiving space that is flagged as archive in space settings and move the document there - this has the benefit of filtering out of search results * Change the document title and add the word "ARCHIVED" or similar * Create a user-macro with some boilerplate text to notify users…

User macros aren't possible in Confluence Cloud, but you can create your own macros (and other functionality) as Confluence Connect apps. The simplest app to create could just be some templated wiki content, accessed as a custom macro (just like a user macro). More here…

As there are a couple of different ways of adding an image to a page, do you know if the broken images for these other users are attached to the page they are viewing or linked? For reference, see https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/display-files-and-images-724765104.html

Another approach might be to make use of sticky table headers, by putting the TOC in the table header and the content in the table rows beneath, then use the flat list option in the TOC macro. However, this will only work in certain scenarios.
-
It would probably be worth creating a user macro to add some styling and javascript to make the TOC expandable
-
This isn't currently possible - I suggest you vote/comment on this improvement request: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-6999 The best you can do right now is a re-direct - so people type in support.iRidiumMobile.nl and the page redirects the browser to to iRidiumMobile.atlassian.net (or what ever your Confluence…

You can't create "folders", but you can create a multilevel tree structure of pages within a space. For example, you can create a page called "Older than 2018 summer" and move all the old pages under that page.

Eric - Or do you mean the title of the overview page (aka the space home page)? It always uses the name of the space at the title for the page, not the title of the page selected to be the home. However, when you edit the current overview page, it will show the name of the actual page.

Click on "Space settings" (your first screenshot) then "Edit Space Details". For more see https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/customize-your-space-724764768.html

If you are using the server version, there are some documented approaches, such as: * https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/hiding-the-people-directory-196816.html * https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-restrict-users-from-accessing-people-directory-or-search-users-from-quick-search-688883545.html It is not…

Sorry, I don't think this is possible with any of the out of the box macros. I don't think you can even filter on space category using CQL (Confluence Query Language).

This are some suggestions on this page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-copy-or-rename-a-space-in-confluence-169578.html

Try using a page template in your extranet space that includes a predefined label. Making use of the Create from Template macro, you can ask the vendors to create a page to submit their information and logos. You can then surface these pages using a macro (e.g. Content by Label macro) in your team's page. (I assume it…

Actually in the early days of cloud I recall that you could... Luckily you can now find them through the Space Permissions overview in Confluence Admin.

Even on the server version, page restrictions can be frustrating to deal with and I would always advise that people avoid using them unless you have a specific and deliberate purpose in mind (versus using them in an ad hoc fashion). In the situation Joe is describing, where you as admin don't have access to a page, the…

To track document expiration, you can use labels or have a look at the Page Properties macros.

It takes little more effort in Cloud, but its fairly trivial to add your own Static Content Macros - I covered this at Summit a few years ago. You can use low-cost static content hosting options as long as they support HTTPS (you don't even need a domain). It then only takes three files to create your macro: *…
-
You could try using the Style macro (via Space Tools > Look and Feel) to hide that element using CSS.
-
In terms of out of the box functionality, you can use the Shared Links Blueprint to curate links to external web content. https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/shared-links-blueprint-407724258.html

Either version of RefinedWiki's add-on for Confluence could assist, but the choice is really determined by the version of Confluence you are using. Alternatively, you could build something yourself. For example, see my add-on News for Confluence Cloud.

Its the Reporting add-on.

This is the Reporting add-on - it's server only.

Try the page properties macros.
