Hi @Radhika Vijji, On hover the chart displays the actual values (percentages, in that example). You could eventually complement this chart with a table that shows the number of child items (or maybe the sum of story points of those child items). Or, configure the the chart to display count instead of percentages. Danut.

Hi @Alex Cook, This is not something the native Jira dashboard gadgets support, so you'll most likely need an addon (app). If you're open to trying an app from the Atlassian Marketplace, our Great Gadgets app provides gadgets that can generate this type of statistics. Could you share a bit more about how you would like the…

Hi @piyushgupta, You could start by using some of the native gadgets available in Jira. For example, the Two Dimensional Filter Statistics gadget can display metrics such as the number of assigned, resolved, or closed tickets. The Created vs Resolved and Pie Chart gadgets can also be useful, depending on the information…

Hi @Grzegorz Kostecki, Welcome to the Atlassian Community! As Karl mentioned, Jira doesn't provide a built-in view of each person's capacity. For that, you'll most likely need an app from the Atlassian Marketplace. If you're looking for a simple way to visualize each team member's workload (based on the sum of the…

Hi @Ed Maschler, This is Danut from the Great Gadgets team. Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Great Gadgets follows the standard Atlassian Marketplace licensing model. The billing part, as well as subscriptions, payments, trials, etc are all managed by Atlassian via the Marketplace platform, not by the app itself, or us…

Hi @Nadeem Ahmed, Welcome to the Atlassian Community. This depends on what type of board you have. If you use a board in a company managed project / space, then use Group: Stories. If you have a team-managed project, then use Group: Subtask. Is this what you need? Danut.

Hi @Ian Parsonage, Story points estimate the size and complexity of a backlog item. In Agile, a 5-point story isn't considered "2 points complete" along the way; it's either Done or In Progress. Once the story is fully completed, the burndown reflects all 5 story points. That's how agile is designed to work and how Jira…

Hi @Balakumar, Welcome to the Atlassian Community. What do you want to use such template? What do you want to measure, more exactly? If your refer to this "Multiple sprints overview" dashboard template, as already explained, this is an Enterprise feature. An alternative to this, would be to create a Multiple Sprint…

Hi @patrick Indeed, it does appear that these project reports are being retired, and it's not yet clear whether they will be replaced with something equivalent. Some of this reporting functionality may eventually be implemented through Analytics, but that's a Premium/Enterprise feature. In the meantime, another option is…

Hi @James_Jasmine, I tested this on my Jira test instance, and it appears that grouping by Goals is supported. Is this what you are looking for? Danut.

Hi @Xenia Chilkowich, As Radwan already explained, this is a limitation of Jira Cloud. I also performed a quick test and confirmed that the Sprint Burndown chart is not displayed in Insights. Instead, Jira Cloud indicates that only Story Points or work item count are supported. You could try the following instead: * The…

Hi @Joseph Wilkinson, Stepan's answer definitely explains the behavior you're seeing. However, if you're looking to display epic progress based on the status or status category of child items rather than the resolution field, it may be worth taking a look on the alternative solution explained in this article. Danut.

Hi @sonali, The Jira Velocity Report shows only the most recent sprints from the Agile board and does not offer built-in options to filter or select specific sprints. Hi @Luciano Tenório da Silva, Welcome to the Atlassian Community. You can vote for the existing tickets mentioned by Dan Breyen: JRACLOUD-87800 or JRACLOUD-87808, but this does not guarantee that Atlassian will implement them soon. Meanwhile, you could try a solution based on a plugin (app) from Atlassian Marketplace. If…

Hi @Bill Sheboy, Thanks for the valuable feedback. I'm glad you liked the article. I incorporated your second suggestion and replaced the throughput bar chart accordingly. Hi @paul, An easy way to find this information for a specific epic is to check the History tab of that epic.
