Consistency is the key - I couldn't agree more :) It is worth ensuring that the meeting is standardized - it will help, for example, by providing a ready-made template that can be pasted into the issue and used every time. I created some templates to copy here, including retrospective planning.

Hi! If native assets reports are not enough, you should definitely check out those in this ITSM Reports app. There is an asset report that can be helpful, and it's more comprehensive. And it works on native gadgets. You can check the example here in the documentation…
