Hi @George Moberly , we are not planning to change this at this stage - this request comes up very episodically (however there are others that are getting a lot of demand).
-
HI @SianS , could you please share the error you get ?
-
@Louise Baker not at this stage - you'd need to give the C-suite person a license to edit ideas. (Creating ideas like that works like submitting a form)
-
Oh wow that's pretty cool @Owen Friedrich ! I never thought of doing it like that but it makes complete sense
-
Thanks for sharing @Wendy Grapentine !

Hi @Clare Westwood , the Goals field is a bit special. Here's how to configure and use it: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Goals-and-projects-integration-ex-Atlas-ready-for-early-testers/ba-p/2195274
-
Hi, you should be able to sum up story points by configuring the delivery progress based on that:
-
@scuryova yes, if you open Project settings > Fields from a JPD project, you should be able to add a global field from Jira into athe JPD project. I haven't tried with a field with such a large field so no idea how good the performance of the UI will be with it though - it's probably worth testing on a test project first.
-
@Frode Nilsen there are 2 paths: customers who are using Atlas And the ones who use the new Goals experience (where Atlas is graduating into) I'll clarify in the post
-
@Fredrik Holmstrom and everyone new: reminder that we need the site URL, thanks.
-
Here's an example for how to ask for access: We'd like access because... [please list reasons so we can understand your context] Site URL: xyz.atlassian.net
-
is the timeline still looking exactly like the screenshot you shared ?
-
hi @Arun , we've turned on the new experience for you that supports finer granularity. If you refresh your screen it should now support monthly granularity. Does it work?
-
Hi there, I think you should be able to do this in a Jira dashboard there are different widgets you can use and I believe what you're asking for should be in there
-
Hi @Brent Ritchie , we are currently designing a solution for this. Stay tuned.
-
Hi, I think you're asking about the Discovery feature in Jira Service Management - it's best to ask in this group: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Service-Management/ct-p/jira-service-desk
-
Are you using story points to calculate progress? If so, that's the number that will show here (not the number of tickets). And if there are no estimations, it will show nothing.
-
Hi @Mitesh Gala today you can kind of do it with these options: Option 1: Demo: grouping solutions by opportunities. And here's a recording of how to reproduce this configuration Option 2: Demo: a roadmap with 2 levels We are currently exploring a way to let you create hierarchies in JPD projects
-
Hi there, you can't do that yet (it doesn't look like it but it's actually pretty complex to do! every time I open that topic again we get lost in corner cases) I would suggest either using a quarterly timeline view or creating a select field that you can use with a board for the columns.
-
@scuryova Jira Product Discovery is built on Jira, and Jira slows down the more options you add to a field. It can get pretty bad. For now we don't have plans to lift this limit. However we do plan to integrate with the "customers/organizations" of Jira Service Management and surface those as a field - for this exact use…
-
Hi all, thanks for the feedback. The insights feature is probably the least complete part of the product today, and one that we plan to improve. Your feedback helps for that.
-
Hi @Siobhan Doyle , what apps do you use for interviews/surveys/analytics? This would help figure out how to best help you.
-
Hi everyone, reminder: if someone liked your comment it means you have access. Also you need to tell us what your site URL is (xyz.atlassian.net).
-
@Eseohe Asuelimen I'll second what @Sagar Mahajan just said: you'll have to ask the support team to reactivate your trial - from there you'll have 14 days to downgrade to free. Don't worry your data will still be there, you haven't lost anything.
-
@Gabriel Esler yep, at long last it's coming back. See @Amina Bouabdallah 's Loom here: https://www.loom.com/share/a8fb0a10f8294c75a16336025f7cfdcd

@Mike Reading OK we've found what's up - we're going to release a fix. Thanks for raising this!
-
Hi @Sebastian Wramba , Basically, although the noun we have in app is "ideas" most teams end up using it as a repository of product ideas, opportunities and initiatives, from inception to delivery. I actually gave a 30min talk about how we use the tool for that to create Jira Product Discovery. Based on your question I…

Hi Mat, the team is looking into it

What do you see as link type in the Epic? If you open the epic, I'd expect to see a section called "implements" with the idea there. If it's not the case, and you see "is implemented by" it means that in your case the issue link type is setup the other way around and you should be able to import the relationship directly…

@Frode Nilsen @Doug Alguire it should work now. there were a couple of feature flags to set and we missed one, sorry
