Hi @Lance Molyneaux that is correct - you link delivery tickets using the "implements/is implemented by" issue link type
-
Awesome. Yes that's the name of the link type (very obscure - back from when JPD was called "Polaris" - we need to clean that up at some point)
-
OK I see, thank you. I can't really see another option than the dedicated field today. There are a few things we're exploring for later, but it's too early to share.
-
Hi Levi, to get the list of delivery tickets, you need to get the list of linked issues (that's how it's stored). They are linked using a specific issue link type.
-
Hi Rebecca, that is not possible currently - the comment field just shows the number of comments (and if there are new ones you haven't seen yet). What do you put in comments? Status updates?
-
Hi Rebecca, I assume you mean for the board view, for each board column? That is not possible currently. Could you please send a screenshot to tcrusson@atlassian.com so we can see how bad this is for you? Thanks!
-
Hi @Matt Allen : what @Jet shared above 👆 Also, you'll find some answers for this in the Jira Product Discovery handbook, in particular the Prioritization and Roadmapping sections.
-
Hi @Josh - we haven't added translations for the templates yet. Something on the todo list!
-
Hi @mm_ambrogi , would you mind doing a screen recording (e.g. Loom) and sending it to tcrusson@atlassian.com? So I can see what's going on.
-
@Claire Holmes from the FAQ, I think this should be relevant: How do I automatically change an idea when its delivery issues are done? You can use Project Automation to automatically change an idea (e.g., change a field value, transition to a status) when its delivery epics/issues are done. Demo: project automation in Jira…

@Roman Sladek just click on the link in the reply just above yours 👍
-
It was literally just fake news 🙂 I can assure you there's no scheming in the background. The email went out by mistake due to the wrong process being used (retiring a marketplace app vs retiring a first party offering - JPD Beta).
-
Thanks everyone, we had a shit few days after that blunder 😅 @Tom Murphy it should be gone by tomorrow - but don't worry you can just re-add it on the Free plan (www.atlassian.com/product-discovery) and your data will still be there (don't wait forever though, at some point we'll do some clean up).
-
Hi @Wendy Grapentine , unfortunately you can't get it back (that's why we show that big scary warning asking you to type the field name before confirming). You'll have to re-create it... If you look in the "history" tab for each idea, you can find which value it had for that field.
-
Hi Mark, we don't currently have those on the roadmap. What are you trying to do?
-
Yep that's exactly why we recommend you create a new voting field for each new cycle @Jack Verstappen 👍 That way you can keep the history of who voted for what and why, and you can also reset it when you start a new cycle.

The full comm: You recently received an email regarding your Jira Product Discovery subscription, stating that Jira Product Discovery would be retired. This email was incorrect and sent out in error. Atlassian is fully committed to Jira Product Discovery (JPD) and we will continue to serve our JPD customers, for many of…
-
Hi, this was sent by mistake when trying to send comms to everyone who still had the Beta plan of JPD on their site. Rest assured: the product is not going away! We're going to send a correction shortly, and apologies for the confusion!
-
Ooooh, that makes sense, thank you!
-
Yeah nah, that's not going to be possible like that, within one view.
-
Hi @Mark_Gallier , there is a way, if you use "view rank" for ideas: That way each view for which you select this option will have its own rank for ideas in this project. That is just available for each view independently of each other though. For example you wouldn't be able to create 5 views for team A, 5 views for team…
-
Hi @Gary Spross @PATRICIA MURPHY it was deployed this morning so should be all good now.
-
Hi @Sara Oliveira Moura @Nick Haller actually if you add a Jira issue (Software, Service Management, etc.) as an insight to an idea, we do create a link between the issue and the idea which should show on the issue. The only reason I can think of that this is not happening is if the person adding the issue as an insight…
-
Hi, that's actually expected. See details here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-product-discovery/docs/expression-based-formulas/ here's how it works: * for each field, the formula plots each idea on a 0-100 scale (the idea with the lowest field value gets 0, the one with the highest value gets 100, the others are…

You should have gotten a number of warnings from different places: there's something that shows up in the app telling you the number of days left in the trial, we send multiple emails - one when you switch to a standard trial, then a few to add payment details before the deadline, and then you get 2 weeks of "grace period"…
-
Here's a more detailed guide for what you can do today to move ideas between sites (as Amina said, it's not supported yet, so you have to use CSV export/import and manual work): https://support.atlassian.com/jira-product-discovery/docs/import-and-export-jira-product-discovery-data/
-
OK, we found what the issue is and have a fix that we're testing - it might still be a few days before it's fixed for you. Thanks for reporting this!
-
Hi @Ryan Belisle would you mind drawing something (just a pencil sketch on a napkin works fine 🙂) to illustrate what you're after? I'm not sure I get it.
-
Thanks for reporting this @PATRICIA MURPHY - we're looking into it. We might need you to create a support ticket to get access to your site to investigate if we can't find anything from the logs. I'll let you know if that's the case
-
Hi Jeremy, we don't have a public issue tracker yet - but you can watch the announcements we make in this community - we'll be sure to talk about it here when we start working on this
