Hi @Daryna Podchakha , we might need access to your site to troubleshoot what's going on. Can you please create a support ticket? (you can do this from the "give feedback" dialog in app, there's an option about sending it to the support team)
-
@Kevin James are you using "sort" on the view?
-
Yep, still working on it.
-
Okay it looks like you've stumbled on a bug after all! We've managed to reproduce this issue in some environments. We're investigating. Thanks for raising this!
-
Correct: when you change an idea, it saves the change for wherever the idea shows up, in the views in a Project or in Roadmaps
-
OK are you sure you requested the right scopes? From the instructions: * Once the app is created go to Permissions tab and click Add on Jira platform REST API option. Then click Configure and enable those scopes: View user profiles, View Jira issue data, Create and manage issues.

Hi @James Conway , we don't generally comment on pricing & packaging decisions (there's a lot that goes into those...) but I wouldn't compare this feature with sub-tasks and epics. In fact we're trying to stay well clear of that (work breakdown) as this is a job that the rest of Jira focuses on. If I were to compare it to…

I can confirm we'll need site access. Please create a support ticket.
-
Hi there, I just checked but your license looks OK on the free plan. I just asked the team to investigate. Can you also please raise a support ticket? In case we need access to your site to investigate https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

@Sara Jew Lim 👋 Are you following the instructions from here: https://github.com/Jira-Product-Discovery-Integrations/polaris-forge-ref-app/tree/master/get-insights-example We just tried and it seems to work ok on our side
-
Thanks Matt, that makes complete sense - we'll discuss this with the team, maybe we could always open that panel in published views like you're suggesting 🤔 It would make sense.
-
Hi, this is not possible today. However users can just filter further what's on the view, they can't clear filters or make changes that would show them more ideas.
-
Hi @Stephen Close , I checked with the team and they're working on a fix. It should be fixed next week.
-
Hi , I can confirm we do plan to add this support, but not in the short term.
-
Hi @Sam Hogwood we have a team currently looking into this - I passed your post to them, they might reach out for a chat.
-
Hi @nora.demeter , not yet but this is something we are currently working on. Today you need to do this manually unfortunately.
-
Okay, we've looked into it and it looks like the problem is not on Jira Product Discovery experience but in the Jira one (ex Jira Work Management) - I would advise you get in touch with Atlassian support with this.
-
Yep, that's the only way to do this today. More details on how to configure automations for delivery here: See this post (from the FAQ)
-
Hi @Paolo Pastorino not yet, but it's something that will be part of this
-
Hi @Matt Serbyn the "about this view" section opens automatically the first time someone opens a view. On the view that you shared, it does it at all times since the view is configured for public access (so users can open it anonymously so the "about this view" section opens every time).
-
Hi @Gary Spross unfortunately we don't have much control over this behaviour: the Jira Platform doesn't let you search and link issues if you're not licensed for the product that is hosting these issues.
-
Hi, I've asked the team to investigate. What were you trying to do on the view?
-
@Antoni Abella Vendrell we use feature branches in Bitbucket and feature flags to test the features as they get built and roll them out progressively to customers. It's amazing tooling that helps us so much. More details here:…
-
Hi @Daniel Boling can you please raise a support ticket and share it with me on tcrusson@atlassian.com? Thanks.
-
Yes, that's exactly it, thanks @Mart Postma
-
Hi @Maarten Peters I just checked and it works like the rest of Jira: only licensed users and with write access to the project are able to manage watchers. Meaning: * Users with a JPD license * and creator access to the project (admin, creator) But not contributors. Unfortunately we're not going to be able to change that…
-
👋 Hi there, Tanguy here from the JPD product team - we're here 🙂 Also you can find a more detailed JPD public roadmap here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/What-are-we-up-to-Public-roadmap-for-Jira-Product-Discovery/ba-p/2880405

@Bobby Moyini you're right, it's gone - it looks like John Cutler decided to go off Twitter...

@John Koehnen yes we'll be unpacking all these use cases as part of this idea
