Clarification - to reactivate, click on the billing tab and there should now be an "inactive" tab --> That's where you can reactivate the product.

@Ravid I had a look at the history of your account to understand what happened: * You were on the free plan with 3 users * At some point someone added 2 more users * Because of this, the system automatically upgraded you to the standard plan, in trial * The trial lasts for 14 days. After that there is a grace period of 2…

Thanks for the feedback @Nathan Harold - would you mind sharing by email your timeline view and the PPT? So we can see what works in terms of visuals for your team? tcrusson@atlassian.com (no worries if not) Thanks!
-
OK I see you are on the Standard plan - and without a payment method it will get deactivated after a while. How to get access back: You'll have to click on "contact us for help" to ask for the standard trial to be reactivated. Then you'll be able to downgrade to the Free plan (with a max of 3 creators)
-
Yes, like @Dave Mathijs said: have a look in admin.atlassian.com for the status of your subscription. It might be that you're still using the beta plan of JPD which was discontinued a while back. If you have 3 creators, you can move to the Free plan and everything will be back to working.
-
Hi Jason, yes that's a limitation of JPD today - the formulas are just computed client side. They're not available for JQL or exports yet.
-
@Nathan Harold Thanks for reporting this! It was a bug, and we've fixed it - the fix should be in production in the next few days.
-
Thanks for the context Lucia. The handbook actually has a section about that: https://pm-dev.atlassian.net/wiki/external/OGY3MmI5ZTFhYWEwNDk4NjhhZTM3YzkwMTUyMjMwYzk You might also want to have a look at the "Product backlog" section
-
Hi Seth, thanks for the feedback - you can't disable that behaviour currently unfortunately
-
Hi all, we're currently testing this as part of the upcoming JPD Premium edition
-
Thanks for the update Seth!
-
@Todd Heath are you an admin for your Jira? You do that in https://admin.atlassian.com By the way you can share with anyone today as long as they have an Atlassian account (which is free) even if they don't have a Jira license. But once we roll out public views then you can just make it public and no need to log in.
-
Yes @Todd Heath it's already there, but only in the standard edition: you can publish views and share with specific people based on their email. We're adding the ability to make the link public (no need to log in to see it), and it should get there in the next few weeks.

Thanks for the feedback Lynn, you can't fully colour the cards yet. However you can add multiple fields to cards in the timeline view if you use the compact or detailed layout for cards: if you use the summary layout, you can add one field to the card:
-
That part should not be a problem - contributors only get the blue button Create experience (not the inline version). You can see it here: Which, for me, gives this:

Hi Kavitha, I think you should try the community group for Automation, here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Atlassian-Automation/ct-p/automation
-
Yes if you create a support ticket we can get access to your site and try to find what's going on there, thanks Seth!

Here you go: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Preview-of-the-new-Jira-Product-Discovery-handbook/ba-p/2784396
-
Okay, we haven't been able to reproduce, we'll need access to your site to investigate. Would you mind creating a support ticket? (in JPD > left sidebar > give feedback > get help from the support team). You can add a link to this community post for the details, telling them that the JPD team asked if they could get access…
-
Actually it does work for some project config (e.g. view configuration) - but not for fields yet
-
Hi Brandon, we'll eventually get to it. What we call "real-time updates" works when you work on ideas, comments, votes and other things (i.e. when you work on ideas) but not for project configuration yet.
-
Hi Shawn, no you can't disable these experiences for everyone, only for contributors, like @duncan.crowell shared. thanks for the feedback.
-
Hi @Patrick Walker - not automatically, but if you're happy with adding a manual label to insights as you add them, then you can create fields to count insights for each label (Community, Zendesk, NPS, etc.) Like this demo from the FAQ: Can we have insights that impact a prioritization score differently (e.g. positively or…
-
Hi @David Laine yes that's a current limitation: the calculation for autofill dates happens in the front-end, not the back-end. That means that it's only available in the JPD views and the CSV/JPEG exports, not from JQL or from Automation rules. It's something we do plan to change later so these scenarios are supported.

We've also been working on a handbook to explain how to approach the implementation of the tool and the ways of working that come with it. You can see it here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Product-Discovery-articles/Preview-of-the-new-Jira-Product-Discovery-handbook/ba-p/2784396

By the way @Ravid we've started working on a handbook to explain how you can adopt JPD for things like this. You can find it here: Jira Product Discovery handbook.

Hi @Jonny Fields I've chatted with a number of teams who were using the tool this way (it was actually a use case for one of our first lighthouse users 3 years ago). What are you after?
