A Confluence administrator is not the same as an Atlassian Access administrator. The Atlassian Access menu structure changed over time so that screenshot might not be up to date. When you go to https://admin.atlassian.com/ you should be able to select you site. Then go to Security -> Identity Providers (on the left). Do…

Hi! Welcome to the Atlassian Community. Personally I do not have experience with the C# and Jira but I do with the REST API in general. Are you authenticated when performing that REST call? And if you are, does the user have permissions to view the OPCOF project? You can also try to execute the GET request in your browser…

Hi Felix, Are you an Atlassian Access administrator? Are you able to see any of the user directory settings in Atlassian Access? kind regards, Charlie
-
Hi! Is your gitlab build agent running on the same machine as SonarQube? You are using localhost:9000 so if SonarQube runs on another machine you should use the correct hostname.
-
Hi Pedro, Any chance this is happens when your LDAP user directory syncs in Jira? What kind of errors are the users getting? And do you see anything in the logs of Jira?
-
Hi! This should not be too difficult using Jira Automation. * Trigger: issue created * Condition: issue field condition Summary contains "abc" * Action: create sub-task Let me know if that works for you

Hi Petra, welcome to the Atlassian Community! This will be difficult to troubleshoot but I'm giving it a shot. * Are you sure the pages are in the XML? I'd suggest opening the xml with some text editor and check if you can see some page content. * Perhaps pages were imported but are not visible due to permissions or other…

Hi Malte, There are a lot of predefined templates in Confluence Cloud. You can find them here. It's easier to try them out directly in Confluence. But to be honest: finding a predifined template that meets your needs exactly is a long shot. I usually start from an existing template and adapt it to what I need. You seem to…

Thanks for clarifying. The only thing I can think about right now is whether the fields are on the view screen of both issue types. I assume Bug Description is not on the view screen of Stories? That can be the reason why it can not access that field once it has already been changed. To be sure: try adding an audit log…

Hi Mariana, What do you mean exactly? Can you describe with an example? Emails in the TO and CC field of an email will be added as request participants. And depending on you settings users will also be created when they do not exist yet in JSM and they send an email.

Hi @Scott Curry From your question I'm not sure where your documents are stored but I assume they are just normal attachments on the Confluence pages. In that case you can consider this plugin: GoEdit. The users will have to install a little tool on their PC to use it though.

Hi Scott, welcome to the Atlassian Community. Indeed the Office Connector does not exist on Confluence Cloud. In the past there was something called Companion App allowing to edit office attachments directly from Confluence but Atlassian discontinued that one. See their announcement At one of the project I work at we use…

Hi Bogdan, A couple of questions: * How do you change the issue type? Via an edit of the issue type field or do you use the "move" functionality? * Is the rule being triggered when you expect it to? * If it does: where does it go wrong (one of the conditions or does it get to the actual edit)

The release of Assets in Forms was also announced (Q1 2023 according to the website). Is it still possible to get early access to this feature? I'm eager to try it out.

Hi Matthias, Checking the location of an IP address is not the right way check for data residency. But I understand some users my think this is the way to go. Where your IP is located has little to do with where the location of the physical harddisks are. Personally I do not know how Atlassian manages IPs, DNS and network…

Hi Jake, I have not used the OpsGenie incidents myself yet. Any feedback you have about this can still be interesting for the community.

It's weird because it in the log entry it is still a backslash: 2022-12-06 14:23:30,381+0100 JIRA-Bootstrap ERROR [c.a.jira.health.HealthChecks] Ensure JIRA has permission to create and write to the jira.home directory J:\. I can't really find anything about this in Atlassian documentation. Perhaps you can contact…

Hi Allan, All Bitbucket Cloud instances are hosted in the US. See this Q&A. This is the feature request: BCLOUD-20038 It is on the 2024 roadmap.
-
I'm not 100% sure but I think you need to use forward slashes. Give it a try.
-
Hi Peter, Does the user you run the installation with (via pipeline or commandline) have sufficient permissions to make the changes you mentioned? And is the installed doing anything at all? Or does it hang from the start?
-
Hi Elizabeth, When you set the value for a custom field you should not include the "value = " part. I'm not sure where you got that from? {{issue.customfield_10241.size}} should be sufficient. I never used "value =" Perhaps using the Log action task will help you. With this task you can log something that will be visible…
-
Hi Jeff, welcome to the Atlassian Community, Difficult for me to debug this for you as we do not know the variables you are using. I can also see you are using some "App ID" in the request URL. I'm not sure what that is. You tagged your question as Jira Cloud. Here is the documentation on how to get project information…

Ok great!

Hello I don't think Jira 5.7 actually exists. And if it did it would be 10 years old. Can you doublecheck your version please? That being said: csv imports are tricky an error prone. I strongly recommend testing this several times on a test environment of Jira. Here is the CSV import documentation. You basically need a…

Hi Henrik, Archiving repositories is only available for Datacenter licenses. This is mentioned on this page https://confluence.atlassian.com/bitbucketserver084/archive-a-repository-1167707637.html As an alternative you could move the repositories to a separate project or revoke some permissions depending on your exact goal.

Welcome to thet Atlassian Community @Chaitrali Awasare Do you get errors in your logs when starting Bitbucket? At the bottom of this page you will find some common errors you can get when trying to configure thies.

If you really want any user to see the issue id very easily you can create an automation rule. Here is the idea: * Create a custom field called Issue ID * Create an automation rule that gets triggered on issue creation * Set the value of the new custom field to {{issue.id}} in the rule Another way without donwloading the…

I assume Mohammed is talking about first call resolution here but I had to look it up to be certain. I agree with Nic, non-ITIL savvy people will not understand the acronym. @Mohammed Arafat Naidoo it would be nice if you could explain what you understand under FCR and how your agents are currently dealing with this. Do…

In order to have this kind of dynamic required fields you need a plugin. Examples of plugins that can do it are Jira Suite Utilities, Jira Misc Worklfow Extensions and scriptrunner. They will allow you to add validators on you workflow transitions. Do you have one of those plugins or a similar one?

Hi! Welcome to the Atlassian Community. I do not have a working example but if you follow the REST API documentation and provide a value for the parameters it should work. Did you try this already and are you having issues with it? --> Create a pull request
