Yes, users can change their own email address via their profile https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/email It is important to do it this way and not to create a new account with the new email address.
-
Oh ok! I'm glad your issue was resolved.
-
Hi Sandra, I guess you figured out this was not the right place to ask this in the meantime? 🙂 The Atlassian Community can help to some extent but usually not with company-specific authentic issues.
-
Hi @Allan , Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Is this a general question about infosec tickets in Jira? I that's case we'd need some more context on your expectations. Or is this about a specific Jira instance were infosec tickets already exist?
-
Glad I could help! You might want to set your actual email in the git config. But you can never alter the already pushed commits unfortunately.
-
What does the raw commit info say?I s it your email? You first need to identify that and then you can try to recover the account password of that emai. Or simply contact Atlassian support if there is no way to solve it yourself.
-
You can check the email of a commit by opening the commit in Bibucket. Then 3 dots menu -> see raw commit. The email should be on the first lines.
-
Hi @Sridhar TA We can not access https://bitbucket.org/thub-ai Where do you see these avatars? Is it the avatar next to each commit? So not your personal avatar that you also see in your profile (top right of the page) Bitbbucket will map each commit to the user's email address. And the email address is in your local git…

Hi @[deleted] Which steps do you want to skip? That article is more about restoring production data to a test instance than about an actual upgrade. Hence the title of the page Creating a test environment for Jira. If you want to create a test instance with production data you can follow that article. And yes you can skip…

Hi @sameer shaikh Welcome to the Atlassian Community! If you already got a new certificate from Digicert you must configure Bitbucket server to use it. You need to import the .cer file into your java key store that was configured in the bitbucket.properties file. More info…
-
Hi @Miba Pasting the DC license into an existing server license will "upgrade" from server to data center. Of course it will not enable a clustered mode with an extra node. For that you need to install an extra Bitbucket node indeed. And there are other things to keep in mind too like a separate elastic search instance,…

Hi Andre, My sincere condolences for the loss of your developer. I really don't know it Atlassian will grant you access to the Bitbucket repository even if you provide the documents you mentioned. The best way to request this is probably thorugh Atlassian support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ I found a similar…
-
Hi @Leon Stam I checked but there is no API for this. Even by analyzing the network in the browser console there is no clear API endpoint. Here is an open feature request for it: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BCLOUD-19487

Ok! In case you need to replace the JQL functions in saved fillters, boards etc. I wrote this article a long time ago: it's about the rename of an issue type. But you could use it to idenitfy filter using the currentProject() function too.

Hi @Pierre Ibrahim How did you find out that plugin is now called "WFH - Daily Wellness Monitor for Jira" on the Marketplace? If that's really the case I recommend you get in touch with the vendor https://docs.votazz.co/support/. For me it seems very strange to "transform" a rather small plugin with a single purpose into a…

Hi @MeetUpUser You can export all rules from Cloud as a single JSON file and import that JSON in your DC instance. This will import all rules as disabled and you can enable them 1 by 1. While the import is certainly helpful it does not take care of everything. IDs can be different on both environments. e.g. an automation…

With the big Atlassiana apps ecosystem this group is a really welcome! I'm definitely keeping an eye on this one.

Hi Kamil, Bugs can be supported via Atlassian Support: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ They will be triaged before they are created in the public issue tracker: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

Hi @Maz.Sleiman So you want to have 1 column per epic instead of statuses? I'm afraid you can only use statuses as vertical columns. Horizontally you can have swimlanes and group by epic. This can be done via your board configuration.
-
ok great! Glad I could help :-)
-
Hi! Yes I now realize the JQL I provided will only take into account issues that have been created AND resolved in the same timespan. So you might want to change it to an OR
-
Hi Emmanuel, The Time in Status is a field from a plugin. The data is not meant to be interpreted via CSV. The plugin stores it in their own way. Perhaps you could get in touch with the vendor to understand what it exactly means but I think you'll have a hard time doing anything with the data.

Hi @Caline Leal Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Adding comments is a separate space permission so it should be possible to add a comment wihtout having permissions to add/edit pages.
-
I don't want to disappoint you but Atassian's feature request are not known to be resolved quickly (if ever resolved at all) :-) This specific request is from 2005... In other words: don't count on an implementation any time soon.
-
Ok that makes sense. I don't think it can be done with the dynamic range. I tried several options myself. If you change your datasource to a custom JQL you could use this: (created > endOfMonth(-4M) AND created < endOfMonth(-1M)) and (resolved > endOfMonth(-4M) AND resolved < endOfMonth(-1M)) You can read more about…
-
Hi @Colum McAndrew I don't have the plugin installed myself to test it. But in Jira the 'm' stands for minutes. You could try to do it in days: -90d and -30d for example. Or with a capital M
-
Hi Daniel, Does it appear in the customer portal for you (being an admin) or for everyone? Jira will display JSM project on the portal for users having access to the project. You may see a number of projects while other users see less projects on the portal. Everything also depends on the portal permssions. Check your…

Yes you can set IP restrictions but you need Jira premium (I noticed your question is tagged as Jira Standard). You can enter specific IP address ord ranges in the CIDR notation. Specify IP addresses for product access
-
It does not exist by default but there is at least 1 app: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1233384/speech-to-text-for-jira?tab=overview&hosting=cloud And some people us speech to text software on their PC instead.

Hi Dean, When you say "I only want to remove the local user", what do you mean exactly? You can not remove a user when it is synced from AD. You could apdat the user filter in your AD connection details but that's probably not what you're looking for. Can't you just revoke the permissions of those users to remove their…
