We hit this same error after doing a Jira upgrade from 8.13.2 to 8.13.5, with Automation for Jira version 3.14.8: com.google.template.soy.tofu.SoyTofuException: In 'print' tag, expression "$projectId" evaluates to undefined. We upgraded the plugin to 7.2.8 and the problem was resolved.

@Jarrett Goetz Absolutely it's still maintained :) Though yes, not officially supported.
-
Absolutely! They'll be in touch.

Gotcha. Would you like to chat to our product teams more about your requirement? As I said above, it's something they're looking into at the moment. We can get them to reach out in the next week or so over email if so, just let us know.

Hi Christian. We’d love to understand a bit more about your use case or reason for this request. Is this in regards to supporting the ability to log into applications without having to go through an SSO mechanism, such as an Okta integration or another SSO IDP? Is it related to wanting support for multiple IDPs (at the…

Some of my favourite easter eggs: * https://bitbucket.org/humans.txt * As you mentioned, Confluence has a favourite colour and a favourite character, but they can't be changed. That's because they were originally used as a way of validating the product version. For those who haven't seen them, you can find them in System…

In addition to Kevin’s response, if you use AWS Cloudformation, there are ‘clone’ cloudformation templates that allow you to easily create testing environments from snapshots of production data. There is also a public tool call the Backup Machine that my team built to automate the process of creating those snapshots. For…

This is something the product teams are exploring at the moment. As @Kevin Allen mentioned to Matt earlier, we’d love to learn more about your needs in this area. If you are interested in chatting with our product teams more about this, let us know and we’ll reach out to you via email in the next week or so. Having said…

Yes you are correct, we do not support AWS AutoScaling today. The only way we use or support autoscaling today is to ensure a minimum number of nodes in the cluster. We set min and max node counts to the same value, and if we have to terminate a node, or AWS terminates one (which can happen at any time), the autoscaling…

It has been possible to use SQL Server’s Always On Availability Groups since Jira 7.5.0, as that was shipped with JDBC driver version 6.2.1: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-43873 There is some more information in that ticket, however it does note that it’s not an officially supported configuration. While…

I solved the first 5 years of my Atlassian t-shirt problem like this (and I'm stockpiling for the 10yr version!):

Hi @Christian Reichert (resolution), great to meet you yesterday! That link should be open now, give it another go.

Hi everyone, there are a few of us internally working on this issue with another customer, so I wanted to give you a little update and also ask for some more info from you. We are at a stage now where we know this happens across various machines for some instance, but we can confirm from those same machines that the issue…

FYI, there is some thorough discussion of this issue here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-2524

This has been logged as an Improvement Request at https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-27052 The current workaround is to use the Blog Posts macro in conjuction with labels and the macro parameters, to display only the post/s you require. At Atlassian we allow our customers to input into our bug fix and feature request…

We wouldn't recommend this approach, because there are schema changes between versions that can cause inconsistent, incorrect or corrupt data. We do know of one customer who was able to import into a previous version, but they enlisted the help of an Atlassian Expert and spent a lot of time looking into the upgrade tasks…

Hi Charlotte! A few people have run into this at different times and there doesn't seem to be an accepted way of solving the problem. I was wondering if you could share some detail about how you fixed it so we can create a knowledge base article that will help others. Specifically, what was the username that you changed?…

As Super24 discovered, this is a known issue, due to multiple cwd_user_credential_record entries being created for one user. It is being tracked here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CWD-1979 The details for how to diagnose and work around this problem are in a KB article here:…

As mentioned above, this issue is caused because you are behind a proxy server, and older versions of Support Tools Plugin did not work behind a proxy. This was resolved in STP v3.5.6 which was released on 8th July 2013. Upgrading to that version should resolve this issue.

ATLASSIAN-SECURITY has effectively superceded ATLASSIAN-SHA1. I'm going to run through and update the documentation where it's out of date, but if at any point you're directed to select ATLASSIAN-SHA1 and the only option is ATLASSIAN-SECURITY, that's what to go for. Hope this helps!

HI Nageswarara, That URL looks like it is incorrect. Usually the gadget feed should just be the baseurl plus rest/gadgets/1.0/g/feed, so in your case: http://localhost:9080/rest/gadgets/1.0/g/feed I just removed the reference to the specific project in the URL. That should work for you! If you still have trouble I'd…

Hi Alexander. Here's a link to our documentation article which details permissions in Confluence. There are also step by step instructions for how to assign permissions to the groups you already have set up in JIRA, so you won't need to invite users or add anyone individually. You should just be able to give the…

I have had a play around with your method, and I've not been able to replicate a situation where I can't get the macro to be picked up. What I did was this: * Pasted my string: {viewxls:Page=TestPage|name="test.xls"} * I have done just about anything/everything else in the editor in between these steps and haven't had a…

Hi there David, I believe that you are running into this issue: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-23412 Long story short, you can nest macros inside each other, but you may run into issues if you use headings within them. At Atlassian we allow our customers to input into our bug fix and feature request prioritisation.…

Hi Srinivas, There is no way to disable this option for Space Admins - if they have 'Admin' rights on the space, they will be able to remove the space. Hpwever, you can hide the whole Remove Space tab in Confluence 5 by adding some custom CSS to the Global Stylesheet or the Space Stylesheet (be aware that if the Space has…

Hi Dhyana, We will support a Confluence instance that is running on Percona MySQL, because it is so close to MySQL and generally just contains bug fixes for MySQL issues. However, we do not test on Percona MySQL and cannot guarantee that Confluence will not run into issues with this flavour. If in future we get to a point…

Hi everyone. Apologies for the delay in making this available. If you have purchased a license, the Team Calendars source code is now available for download at https://my.atlassian.com/download/source/teamcalendars/
