@Serge Shmygelskyy just to confirm - you're been using draw.io for Confluence more than 30 days? Not just Confluence. Because it's the app that is the important part; it needs to have passed the 30 day evaluation phase.

I was recently listening to a podcast that made me think of summer camps, and the spooky season! If you went to summer camp in Canada (or some camps in the US) you might've heard the scary legend of Anson Minor around the camp fire. Now you can get the full story, including the…

You might know about this already, @Lisa Forstberg , but if you're interested in building a QMS in Confluence, then SoftComply's eQMS app is definitely worth checking out. It's not specific to ISO 9001 but there might be overlap with what you're doing?

Hi @Jonas Fagnastøl Henriksen , Confluence's handling of SVGs has been a problem before. If you search the Community there are a few threads, but here's a comment from an Atlassian team member that gets into…
-
@Kiran Sachdev sorry if this seems like a basic consideration, but is it possible you or someone else might've added an additional tab in your diagram, and that's what you're seeing? The other thing I would suggest is to open to the Revision History, under "File", to see if anyone has made changes/deletions to your…
-
@Kiran Sachdev unfortunately your screenshots did not post. If you can share them, we may be able to help.
-
@Yuze Li- Communardo Products are you working for a Marketplace Partner? If so, you should disclose that in your username, as required by the Atlassian Community team.
-
@Harald that could be something to suggest to the development team as an improvement. Users are welcome to get involved in our public Github: https://github.com/jgraph/drawio/discussions
-
@Harald I imagine in your case that exporting from the diagram isn't an option? There are a variety of exporting options, but they don't offer the same "source of truth" benefits that embedding does. Would creating an interactive diagram help? You could create buttons that show/hide information on your diagram. I know this…

@Claude Schoen draw.io supports copy/paste, so you could create a new diagram and paste the old diagram into it. * Open the old diagram for editing * CTRL/CMD A * CTRL/CMD C * Open the new page and add the draw.io macro * Give the diagram a name, and choose the "blank" template * Click on the canvas and press CTRL/CMD V…

@Edward Socker the message will go away after the trial period (30 days). Then, if you're in an instance with less than 10 users, you will be able to keep using the app without seeing that message; you will be considered fully licensed. It is a quirk of the Atlassian Marketplace system that everyone starts in the…

Just to clarify around @Nikola Perisic 's comment, the native draw.io app in Confluence does not pull diagrams from anywhere except the Confluence attachment that is saved in your own instance. If you are using the embed option and it's not working, the first thing to check is that the source diagram (which will be…
-
@Christophe Kerkhofs Are you referring to draw.io specifically? Or dark mode for Confluence? As far as I know, turning off theming for Confluence is not possible.
-
@Tom Loomis is it possible for you to update your draw.io installation? 11.2 is fairly old, and an update may resolve your issues without further troubleshooting. If that doesn't work, could I ask you to reach our to support team? That's the best way to get assistance for your issues.
-
@Laurence Maiquez if you want to create/build diagrams in Jira, you will need our separate draw.io for Jira app. However, if you just want to embed completed diagrams from Confluence into Jira, you can do that with just the Confluence app.
-
@Laurence Maiquez you can find draw.io's pricing on the Atlassian Marketplace, but if you have more questions then by all means please reach out to us at sales@drawio-app.com.
-
@Laurence Maiquez it seems like @Ste Wright has given you some solid suggestions. If I can answer any questions about draw.io, please don't hesitate to ask!
-
Hi @Laurence Maiquez ! Have you considered draw.io itself? We have an app here on the Marketplace that is directly native to Confluence, and is launched inside the product (in the browser). Happy to answer any questions you might have about it.…

Thanks for the draw.io shout-out, @Dan Tombs - much appreciated! As a label-lover myself, this is a great article for people looking to add more organization and structure to their wiki (which is probably all of us!).
-
@Rilwan Ahmed , dark mode is only available for Confluence Cloud, but I know Atlassian has dark mode on their public roadmap for 2024. To contribute to discussions or submit feature requests for draw.io (include dark mode in data center) please feel free to participate in our public…

Hi @Williams_Robert , I think your best bet would be to make a support ticket with our team, so we can help you get diagramming. Please reach out to us https://drawio.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/14 to create a ticket and you will hear back from us soon.

Sounds like a very interesting webinar topic!

Speaking for draw.io, our Jira project is run more like a "team" project. The larger scale "real-world" projects are planned as Epics, but everything still lives on the same main team project board. This approach keeps everyone together, and I think better reflects our agile reality.
-
You may be sticking with native solutions, which I completely respect, but I have found K15t's Scroll PDF Exporter app to be a very good tool. Its formatting is better (avoiding scenarios like your table issue), but there are other benefits as well; it adds a lot of helpful functionality to the PDF export process, making…

Thanks for the round-up @Jimmy Seddon . It was definitely a great event, and I know our team came away really energized to get back to work (and excited for Team '24!).
-
Hi @R_ P_ , I'm not with Gliffy (actually with draw.io) , but I did formerly work with Comalatech/Appfire. One thing you could do in Comala Document Management Server/DC was to set page restrictions after a page was approved. This means you could lock a page from editing by removing edit permissions for everyone (except…

Hi Alok, The draw.io app for Confluence can utilize Mermaid markdown capability. Here's a blog that talks you through it in Confluence Cloud: https://drawio-app.com/create-mermaid-diagrams-in-draw-io/ Best of luck with your diagramming. Mike Rink Team draw.io
