I tend to agree! I was participating in a project to develop standards for Confluence, and some of those challenges arose during that process, including automations that should do what you propose. The comments in this section are very useful.

I was not surprised

This course is a must-have for understanding Confluence! I am always referring people to it.

As an Atlassian Advocate at my company, I was able to present Loom and create three new Rovo Agents that help Legal, Privacy, and Security Teams provide better and ready information.
-
This year, I helped our team work better together by designing and implementing three specialized Rovo Agents: the Legal Agent, the Privacy Agent, and the Vendor Questionnaires Agent. Legal Agent: To streamline our legal processes, I introduced the Legal Agent, which automates the retrieval and sharing of legal templates,…

I just did. I hope this is routed correctly; if not, you can just direct it to them. Thank you.

The summary generation, the rewrite tone… amazing

I’ve participated in various virtual ACEs sessions whenever possible, and I enjoy the one from @Robert Hean so much. Since my main focus is on Confluence, I highly recommend these sessions to everyone; they are engaging and maximize interaction through the chat feature. Now he is also into Loom, which is excellent!
-
Side note: I am particularly interested in the consent management control aspect, in case someone has implemented a solution for that or an alternative approach. Thanks

Hi, my Security Team has a similar one; they configured the Rovo Agent to follow ISO 27001 Documents Requirements and also inserted the ability to leave a comment on each page with the review made by the Agent to be checked by the security analyst.

Thank you ! @Jimmy Seddon

My vote goes to: Survive in Jira !
-
At my company, I am unsure if this has already been implemented, but I believe that GitHub integrations, such as Git Integration for Jira, Azure, and similar, would be handy.
-
I currently do not use it in my current company, but I believe it would be essential to use Izi for LMS integrated with my Confluence content.
-
My company used GitHub and Bitbucket....] (note, doing the mission, but this did not get checked)
-
Slack, Miro, Jira and Apps for Meetings now with Loom!
-
We don't currently use any ITSM apps yet - it's good to see a few recommendations!
-
Looking forward to this!

I completed the tasks, but did not get the Badge

Hi! I was thinking about the same when I wrote this https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Agile-articles/Implementing-Agile-in-Teams-Resistant-to-Change/ba-p/3112276, because many teams think that they cannot apply it, but in fact this is only a resistance to be faced.

Have you also tried: Go to Space → Files - To see all attachments in a space: 1 - Click on the space name in the sidebar. 2 - Scroll to the bottom left and click “Files”.(This shows all uploaded files in that space). Hope this also helps

I used other tools when I started, but I feel more comfortable now with Confluence and Jira. The possibility of changing the types of boards is also very helpful since some are more applicable to certain types of personal projects. I use the Kanban more for the daily stuff and the Agile one (Sprint) for more detailed…

I used Databases to manage content, creating the labels for each content type and using them as a central control: nothing too sophisticated or automated yet, but a way of organizing things.

Thanks for tagging!

Yahooo!!!! Thank you!!! 🤩

Great idea! Whiteboards are so cool!
