Hi again @Nena Kruljac that's correct. The existing configuration will become invalid when you receive the email, and the banner shows on your Jira. And this could be outside your working hours. Having said that, although we recommend re-authorizing as soon you get notified, as long as you were to re-authorize within 7…

Hi @Nena Kruljac everything you've stated is correct—except the date on which the mail server will stop working. Your mail server will stop working at the same time you receive the email and see the banner on your Jira site. June 30 is the date when Microsoft fully deprecates the REST API.

Hello @carlos_fernandez no it doesn't!

@Rick Westbrock, unfortunately, I'm unable to share the exact timeline for when the Asset field will be supported on the new transition experience yet. I can rest assure you it's on our roadmap!

@Nate Dame, @P_D_ Foerster - yes, Jira admins will receive multiple emails warning them about the expiry of the Google mail server. We'll send emails on D-21 day, D-7 day, D0 day, D7 day, D14 day and D21 day, where D is 6 months after the mail server was configured (after June 3, 2024). @Cesar Ramirez mail servers…

Just curious, why did you decide to make "Comments on service projects will default to internal visibility" In my experience at least most comments I am leaving on a service ticket are meant for the reporter and I select internal when needed. Seems backwards to me @Dan W, as Greg mentioned, defaulting to internal comments…

Hi @Abhay Pujari here's a tutorial on YouTube on how to use Postman to make API calls. Hi @Adam Kassoff we tried replicating this and it seems to work fine for us. Can I suggest you raise a request on https://support.atlassian.com/?

Hi @Jyoti Verma that's correct - if the user downgrades, their previously archived issues will stay archived. and hello @Abhay Pujari! Here's the link to the documentation: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/api-group-issues/#api-rest-api-2-issue-archive-put. Can I request more specifics about what…

Hey @Miguel GONZALEZ ROMERO it's great to know you tested the APIs and that it's working just fine for you! To your question, once an issue is archived, you can no longer search for it in Jira unless you search using the issue key directly. And while the ability to list all archived issues in Jira is something we're…
-
Hey @Diana C there already exist APIs to archive issues in Jira DC. See here!
-
Hey @Yatish Madhav to be able to archive an issue, the project it belongs to needs to be on the Premium or Enterprise edition. As for the timelines, keep an eye out for updates to this post or on this ticket!

Hello everyone, I’m excited to announce that issue-level archival via APIs is now available. This feature will allow all Premium and Enterprise Jira Cloud customers to archive individual issues without having to archive the entire project. This is part of our ongoing effort to bring your favorite features from Data Center…

Hi Neil, I greatly appreciate going the extra mile to reply to my comment from the other post. I read somewhere that you have webcam/microphone issues, so it'd be difficult to chat over a call. If that's the case, do you mind dropping me a quick hello at agowher@atlassian.com, and we'll continue our conversation there?…

Hey Neil, I'm the PM for the Create issue experience and I'd like to thank you for all the feedback - it's super helpful for the experience and my team to know this. While there's some feedback I can address in this thread, I want to ensure I understand your concerns fully. So it'd be great if we could connect over a call…

Hello @David Fischer, Thank you for your comment. Upon further investigation, we have confirmed that the system fields have no contract changes from RichText to Map object. Jira Expressions Engine and Jira Issue Create V3 API both have the values stored in system fields as RichText. I have updated the above post…
