Hi @amar amarendra , thanks for your post. I just checked https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/ and I don't see any problems. If this issue is still persisting, I would encourage you to open a ticket https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ Best wishes

Hi @amar amarendra , thanks for your post. What do you mean that the notifications are broken? These are people who previously received notifications and then they stopped receiving them? Have you verified that nothing has changed in the notification scheme or personal settings of the users? Best wishes

Hi @Dana Malach , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. Unfortunately, once something is deleted from Jira, it's gone. This applies to all Jira products. Best wishes

Hi @Bobby Moyini , thanks for your post. As far as I know, it's not possible to modify the summary tab, sorry https://support.atlassian.com/jira-work-management/docs/get-a-summary-of-your-project/ Best wishes

Hi @Arkadiusz Alicki , thanks for your feedback. Another possibility could be to use the scheduled trigger, for example, to run in the following day the rule to create the task / subtask structure. What do you think? Could that work?

Hi @Jan Jindra , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. You can set a description that appears under the field in the field configuration - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/specify-field-behavior/ Please take a look at the documentation to learn more. Best wishes

Hi @Darleen Sy , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. Could you / have you tried a Jira business project? There is a calendar feature there where you can see the issues in a calendar view. I understand what you are saying abou the inflexibility of the due date, but you can also just work in the…

Hi @Arkadiusz Alicki , thanks for your post. I am doing something similar for onboarding, where people say in the onboarding ticket what items need to be ordered, they indicate in the check box the items and then I am creating a subtask for each This is working for us. You are saying there is some limitation to use this…

Hi @Wolfgang Deininger , thanks for your post. You cannot yet modify the Summary tab here - https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/what-is-the-summary-view/ . You can choose not to see it, if you would rather not, but for now, it is what it is. Best wishes

Hi @김명철 , thanks for your patience. I didn't understand your question well. Please check in the project settings area here that subtasks are enabled in your project. If they aren't, you will need to add them to the Issue Type scheme, or ask an admin in your instance to do this for you. Best wishes

Hi @Sachin Guttala , I agree with @Fazila Ashraf . If something is possible, you would likely need to use an app, like Behaviours - https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4jc/latest/features/behaviours/example-behaviour , not an automation. Best wishes
-
Hi @Timothy Brown , thanks for your post. Could you show with some screens (anonymised is fine) what you mean exactly? You want, in Assets, to have an attribute that links it to other objects? You can have an attribute of an object of type object, so they are connected between each other, like this If this isn't what you…

Hi @Alexander Witsch , thanks for your post. The configuration you refer to is called the Field Configuration in Jira. Please check out the documentation here for how to modify the field descriptions - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver103/specifying-field-behavior-1489807531.html . Best wishes

Hi @Sachin Guttala , thanks for your post. If I understand correctly, you want to make the Time Spent field required during a transition. The best way to do this is probably with workflow validator as my fellow Community Leader @Trudy P Claspill explains in this question…

Hi @김명철 , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. I am looking at a business project in my test instance, in the List view and I was able, after creating a child issue like this to open the Parent to display the child Is this what you mean? You could also try adjusting these settings here I hope…

Hi @Chelsea Quinn Baker , thanks for your post. Have you tried just putting your email address in the recipient to see if you can get the rule to run? Another common troubleshooting tip is to use the log action to add the values in the two custom fields so that you can verify that, as you say, the values are being set…
-
Hi @Harun Temel , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. First, you have to have the premium tier (I believe) to have the customisable hierarchy so best to check this first. Second, in both of the diagrams, you have the bug at two different levels in the hierarchy (from how I'm reading it).…

Hi @s63009708 , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. What kind of project do you want to create? You have put the label of Jira Service Management. Do you want to create a new JSM project or just a Jira project generally? What do you want to use the project for? Best wishes

Hi @Abigail Siongco , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. Did you apply for a job with Atlassian? You could try to call the office in Sydney https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact and see if they can help. Best wishes

Hi @Briggitte Coaguila , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. As long as you have fewer than 10 users, you should be able to use the free version. There are lots of limitations though, which you should be aware…

Hi @Elliott Riley , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. You might be able to get something like this using a form and conditional sections. Please check out the documentation here https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/using-conditional-logic-with-forms-1167693620.html and share your feedback.…

Hi @nayden_naydenov , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. I just looked up the error and found this - https://stackoverflow.com/questions/20169127/what-is-illegalstateexception . You will need to speak to whoever is helping you with the Confluence configuration in the server to resolve this…

Hi @Jit , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. Why do you need a pop up message whenever there is a transition? Do you mean that you want to see a screen to enter some new information? Won't this create a lot of "noise" in your project? Best wishes
-
Hi @[deleted] , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your post. I have escalated this to the Atlassian Support as they will need to assist you with this. Best wishes

Hi @Karthick P , thanks for your feedback. I think you're referring to the customer notifications here. They should be customizable, if you want to add your own text. You just need to click on edit to change the message and you can also switch off any notifications you don't want to send. I hope this helps you. Best wishes
-
Hi @Karthick P , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. If you aren't sure which project the automations come from, please check the Global Automations here - Let us know if you have other questions or need more help. Best wishes

Hi @Peter Niehues , welcome to the Atlassian Community and thanks for your question. It's not possible to clone a project in the sense to copy all of the issue and configurations without an app. What you can do, for a company-managed project and not on a free plan, is to create another projects using the same…
