Hi @Quintin Kruger, welcome to Atlassian Community. Nice to see you here. TimK

@Terry Dance, this wasn't easy to solve. Let us try another approach. Please try this: {{now.withYear(1970).withDayOfYear(1).withHour(0).withMinute(0).withSecond(0).withMillis(0).diff(now).millis.minus(3600000)}} Messy, I know. But it seems to work per your requirements as I understand. I don't know why ".millis" doesn't…

Hi @John DiMaria, the time log entries are linked to the user submitting the hours. The log stays within an issue, and works independent of assignee. You might also add sub-tasks with their own time log entries and, you can if you want, show accumulated time on the parrent issue. Jira out of the box doesn't make it easy to…

Hi @John DiMaria, welcome to Atlassian community. If I understands your question correctly. Any user with permission to log time in the project can do this on an issue. See the image below, * Here we have logged one entry of 2 hours and one entry of 5 minutes, with user Tim Kopperud. * Alana Grant is the assignee of the…

Great. Thanks for accepting the answer. TimK

Hi @Terry Dance, you might try something like this: {{#now}}toMillis{{/}} An example rule with this entry: Will result in this Audit log entry: TimK

Hi @yosi hatem, I have here created a field called QA which is a single user picker. And as you see I can add a specific user to this, as shown in the image below, which is like your rule setup. If you cannot define a user to your QA field, it is not a user picker. TimK
-
@yosi hatem the image I attached is from automation. In your last step in your image, just start writing the user name. Clicking on the AQA field will show some options, but it is still a writeable field. TimK From mobile

Hi @Elina Raimkulova, welcome to Atlassian Community. You should be able to create a new bord by using the ellipsis menu in the upper right corner, and then select Create bord. This menu will be available from any existing boards. You might also use the Create board button in the "All boards view". TimK

@Hi @yosi hatem, if I understand your question correctly, you should be able to add the specific user simply by start writing into the QA dropdown, like shown here. Edit: This answer assumes the QA field is a user picker though, as @Marc -Devoteam- detailed. TimK

Hi @Gary Pallas where you able to in the end solve this, based on the replies provided within this thread? If so it might be helpfull for other users, searching for the same problem, if you mark the answer as accepted. TimK

Hi @Gary Pallas , I suspect the Cloners link type has been renamed or removed from the Issue linking settings. Please have a look at this KB article Cloned ticket is not linked to the Parent | Jira | Atlassian Documentation Are you able to try "restoring" the Cloners link type as described in the article? TimK
-
@Ankita’s De, did you try the JQL example i gave? Have you managed to resolve your requirements? TimK
-
@Gary Pallas, I created a test rule looking like this: After I cloned a test issue, the audit log shows this:: Have you tried a setup like the example above? The correct JQL for finding this manually is issue in linkedIssues(MOBL-57, Clones) So, using this in an automation by JQL should be issue in linkedIssues({{issue}},…

I support @Gonchik Tsymzhitov statement about understanding your location/country when accessing the services. TimK

Hi @NAREIN CM, you cannot search directly for a specific syntax within text field in JQL. Text fields uses fuzzy search. This article might be helpfull Search for issues using the text field | Jira Cloud | Atlassian Support. A workaround might be to use Automation to set a custom field to a value if the summary contains…

Hi @Ankita’s De, welcome to Atlassian Community. I'm not sure I understand you question exactly, but I will give it a try. Since you are using "Epic Link" I understand you are not on Cloud since cloud hosting has replaced Epic Link with Parent. This thread is tagged "unknown-hosting-type", so I have to assume here, please…

Hi @Anna Tepikina, welcome to Atlassian Community. There is a performance issue in some products currently, that might have caused the error. You can allways see the prudct statuses here Atlassian Status. To your question. When you say "Project name is taken" i have to take it you are meaning "Site name". Please correct me…

Hi @Gary Pallas, welcome to Atlassian Community. When you clone an issue it will allways create an issue link to the source issue, hence you shold be able to use an automation rule with a Created trigger, and then add a filter looking for the Clones link type. This will not work using an Edited trigger since the link might…

Hi @Tyler Tate, welcome to Altassian community. You should treat labels as a list by using the syntax as described here Jira smart values - lists | Automation for Jira Cloud and Data Center | Atlassian Documentation {{#labels}} {{/}} Secondly, do not try to change the label found, but first remove it from the list and then…

@panjo, according to the updated documentation replacing set with add, as in my suggestion above is a correct approach, ref: If you find my answer valuable, it would be helpfull if you mark it as accepted. Solution 1 in the article is in my opinion a better approach if you don't need to dynamically use other smartvalues…

Hi @Patrice Champet, thanks for accepting the answer. Answer to your question depends on the configuration. If the frist status is Triage and this status doesn't have approval linked to it, you can use this Triage to set the wanted approvers based on criticality and then transition the issue to an approval status.…
