This is extremely exciting. 🚀. Would love to be able to define template fields via the UI as well as yml driven (for version control). In addition to the template field types shown in the mock-up, we have a few which we'd really like to source from JSM

We're in the process of implementing two types of custom metrics / scorecards that are related to the OP. * Metrics on amount and/or type of open Renovate Bot pull requests * Metrics for a few key library versions which we either want teams to adopt / migrate to, or avoid (deprecated, breaking changes, etc).

+1 for this suggestion. Sounds very similar to what https://getdx.com/ do. They suggest a few key focus areas (3-4) per Team per week/review cycle, out of a much larger catalog of questions. The recommendations are based on the teams metrics/health and where they feel they need to improve the most

+1 - very excited about the potential Compass has, but cautious about doing too much with it during the alpha/beta period until pricing is better understood
