Hi @Benjamin Becker the above solution would definitely help with this use case!
-
Hi @Zack Howard yes, this is unfortunately not available at this time, but if you submit a request we will monitor the feedback to help prioritize this change.
-
@Callum Mardle Is it possible that only pages that meet this criteria were created by deactivated users or do you have other pages that meet the criteria for active users that you're aware of?
-
Hi @Cynthia Brind Amour Do you have a standard onboarding template that you're wanting to add to a space? Does it need to be made available in the overview to start or can it be a page in the page hierarchy? Would love to hear more about your processes if you'd like to talk more about this please schedule time with me on…

@Anja Hermsdörfer Hello! I am curious to learn more about your use case. If you would like to discuss further you can either send me an email at sbaucum@atlassian.com or setup a meeting with me through calendly here: calendly.com/sbaucum Thank you!
-
@Julia B -Doc Queen Yep! are you able to confirm that the email does not show "You have an inactive page to review"?
-
@Julia B -Doc Queen Hello! I am on the Confluence Automation team - can you please share your rule setup with us so we can look into this for you? Thank you!
-
@Antonio Domenech Picó Hello! I am the Product Manager for Confluence Automation and I am interested to hear more about this use case. What is the purpose of this form from jira to confluence? Happy to hop on a call if you'd like to schedule some time as well: https://calendly.com/sbaucum

@Darryl Lee @Deb The smart value {{parent.page.labels}} is not a valid smart value, which is why it cannot be added to labels. However, you should be able to include valid smart values within the add labels component as long as the output returns valid characters. Regarding functionality around inheriting parent page label…

Thank you @Steven Rhodes for the feedback - we are looking into this right now.
-
@Ari Fellman Automation is available in Confluence Cloud Premium only. We do not plan to expand outside of our cloud offerings at this time. Regarding your question around functionality - Automation can be used to automatically create structures of new spaces using templates and pages. Thank you!
-
@Deb Automation is currently only available in Confluence Cloud Premium.
-
@Darryl Lee @Deb This is a great use case for including smart values within labels. Our team is looking into this to see what options exist. I will follow up after our investigation. Thank you!
-
@Gaby Thank you for your question! We can accomplish some of this ask, but not everything at this time. We can add a label to pages based on the ancestor, but we cannot remove all other labels without entering the label name. If you know what labels need to be removed you can add a component to remove those. I recommend…

Hello! Thank you for your feedback @Ken Young @Darryl Lee - this is something our on radar and as we receive more feedback around this we will begin prioritizing the work. You can use the Rest API as mentioned above and create templates that match the layout you need for these pages in the meantime.

@Kalin U We have plans to explore making Automation for Confluence available in additional plans, but we are currently investing in enhancing the current experience. Our roadmap updates will be available in the public roadmap, where you can track this work. Thank you!
-
@Darryl Lee Please vote for that functionality to help us prioritize these on our roadmap. We are actively looking into ways to continue improving this functionality. Thank you!
-
@Therese Hedberg Hello! At this time we do not have any plans to introduce Automation for Confluence to Data Center. Thank you!
-
@Steven Rhodes At this time Automation will not be available in Confluence Standard, however, we plan to explore making this available in other editions. Thank you!
-
@Ricardo_Gomes Yes, we plan to include global configuration at launch so that site admins can limit whether space admins can view and/or edit automation rules just like Jira does.
-
@T Howard @Tomislav Tobijas We did not reopen the EAP, but will be releasing very soon (slated for Q1 2023 on the public roadmap). However, this functionality will only available to premium and enterprise instances. Are you both on premium/enterprise instances?
-
@Eden Eliyahu Just to confirm my understanding - You want a slack message with a list of incomplete tasks by page or are you wanting to narrow the incomplete tasks by a specific page? Or something else? Thank you!
-
@Colm Maguire @T Howard @Manuela Gopdjim @Randy O'Neal Hello! We are still in our Early Access Program and are actively working on enhancements to make Automation available to a broader audience. We are targeting this year to release Automation, however that could change as we gather more feedback. If we open our Early…
-
@Bill Goetz If you are signed up for the EAP Automation is now available on all sites. Thank you!
-
@Malin Rathjen Regarding your error message question - 1. Did the rule run successfully eventually? 2. This error appears most commonly when running a bulk-archival rule. We currently allow one archiving operation at a time. So until the other archiving process is complete, no other archiving process can be started. This…
-
@Thomas Wäspi The blueprint templates are not currently supported, but we are working to incorporate them in the drop-down to improve this experience. If you are using blueprint templates regularly and would like to include them in automation right now you can copy them as a custom template and they will appear in the…
-
@Eden Eliyahu Hello! Here is a community post about smart values that you can refer to until we have published documentation: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-Automation-EAP/List-of-Smart-Values/td-p/2024369 Here is documentation regarding smart value date syntax to format the date as you'd like to see…
-
@Thomas Wäspi Thank you for calling this out! To clarify - are you referring to blueprint templates vs custom templates?
-
@Malin Rathjen What error do you receive? If you want to run it across multiple pages try using the branch rule/related entities instead of a basic CQL condition. That may resolve the issue!
-
@Malin Rathjen Hello! Thank you for your message. Auto-archiving is not yet available in the Early Access Program, but our team is actively working on implementing that functionality in Automation for Confluence now. Can you please share what criteria does your org use to determine when a page needs to be archived…
