@Dave Mathijs @Andy Gladstone I think audit log already shows you any rule configuration changes, including who made the change (after clicking "show more"). There are no current plans to surface this information in rule list.

hi @Kevin Lew _ServiceRocket_ it's been a while since I did that, so can't find it anymore, and we have also migrated things to a new place, so please, feel free to raise a feature request here https://jira.atlassian.com/projects/AUTO/issues

Hi @Brock Jolet it seems based on your own investigation, that API call and smart values return data in a different format. I suspect that is the reason you don't get the expected result. You probably can build something similar with smart values, but I'm afraid API approach will be cleaner.

Hi @Andrey both comments above are great, and will fix your issue. As an alternative - if you prefer to use JQL instead of regular expressions - you could use JQL condition instead of Advanced Compare. Your JQL would probably look something like summary ~ "urgent" OR summary ~ "emergency" ... Hope that helps too. Best…

Hi @Pawel Halas, some explanation first: * you are using scheduled trigger, which by itself doesn't return any issues (while other triggers usually have some issues) * however, you also use branches and action, which needs some issues to operate on * as a result of that you get an error telling you your trigger must return…

Hi @Konstantin Weber - SVA , I would suggest to reach out to Atlassian Support, as it's hard to tell why things are not working for you without looking into details. Best regards, Maksim

Hi @Lawrence Zhu so there is a short explanation of what's happening: * your action "Create a new issue" has "Same issue type as trigger" option * that implies your trigger (which is "Scheduled") should provide some provide some issue type to an action * at the moment I believe your JQL is invalid, so there are no issue to…

Hi @Martin Cleaver thanks for the feedback, added it to AUT-2378 to be discussed. Could you please raise a new post for these types of requests next time? It makes it easier to find them and upvote related tickets.

Hi @Brock Jolet & @Julia Foden Just a quick update to let you know, that we have released sorting by rule name and "enabled/disabled" status.

Hi @Brock Jolet & @Julia Foden Just a quick update to let you know, that we have released showing the labels for the current project only. The sorting is on its way as well, and we're hoping to release it next week.
-
Firstly, some good news - we've added 100 and 200 items as page size options, hopefully this will help @Brock Jolet a bit. Secondly, thanks @Julia Foden for your questions! Let me answer them one by one. 1. "Has this ticket been brought to your attention?" Nope, I haven't seen this specific ticket, but we know for sure…

@Brock Jolet got it. While the page sizes are limited to 50 have you considered using custom labels to tag your rules based on their function? This way you could filter them with 1 click. It still doesn't remove the pagination, and if you have let's say 100 rules with the similar function you'll need to click through the…
-
Hi @Brock Jolet! Thanks for your feedback. This is an intentional change, and there is some justification for that. Just wanted to ask if ALL option is needed to quickly scroll to the needed rule, and if so if you can use filter and search to achieve the same. Do you have any feedback regarding this functionality? We…
