Hi @koutarou ishibashi and thanks for your question. As per my knowledge, this feature is not available. In my opinion, the best way is to use REST API or import values with CSV - "External System Import" feature. Best, Murat Seven

I have a sweet tooth all year round, but when it comes to Halloween, M&M's are my go-to treat! My friends and family are well aware of this, and they often share some of their candy stash with me after a successful night of trick-or-treating.

Hi @Sid Srivastava , Welcome to Atlassian Community! It seems like you want to bring the comment input field to the top in the comments section. If I understood correctly, you can achieve this by clicking on the "Oldest first/Newest first" button as shown in the screenshot below. If you're referring to a different issue,…

Hi @Brian Mitchell , It seems like you don't have the admin role in your project. That's why you can't see the settings button. You can contact the Jira administrator and ask them to grant you the necessary permissions in the project settings.
-
Hello @Brian Mitchell Welcome to Atlassian Community! Can you check the permissions page in the project? You probably don't have permission to edit issues, assign issues, and transition issues in the project. Go to Project Settings-> Permissions If you have these permissions, can you provide more information, possibly with…

Hi @Taha Bakhach Welcome to Atlassian Community! You need a JSM license in order to edit Assets, so you would have to assign the user a license for the Assets menu to be shown. Jira Software and Jira Work Management users can only view and edit the content of an Assets custom field.
-
Hi @Sai Can you please shed some light on the request please? Is it related to JSM? Jira? Are there any specific components or issues you are currently facing with regards to the Jira cloud instance?
-

Apart from that, I don't have a solution within my knowledge. Maybe it can be help you. With this app you can list; Projects -> Users View and Users -> Projects View

Nigel, this is not correct format :) Go to the custom field page in Jira and enter your field name(ONB Tech Lead). Click on the 'Edit' option from the 'More' section next to the field name, and copy the value written in the URL in the screenshot. Paste this value in the 'customfield_xxxxx' part, replacing the 'xxxxx'. For…

Please try {{issue.fields.customfield_xxxxx.accountId}} instead of {{issue.fields.ONB Tech Lead.accountId}} Hope this helps, you can vote for this comment. If the problem persists, please let me know. Kind regards, Murat Seven

Hi @Nigel Haycock , thanks for your question. I did the automation in my instance like this and it worked. Can you try it this way? If the problem persists, please let me know. Hope this helps, Kind regards

Hi @Rohith k , thanks for your question. Unfortunately no, this doesn't work. I agree, it's hard to know, especially when you have two fields with similar values, e.g. Start date - Due Date. But please note: when you hover over a field, you'll see a tooltip containing the field name and full value. I am forwarding the…
