Hi @Abigail Uy , Welcome to the Atlassian Community! You can check all here: service-management
-
Can you show us screenshot of your rule?. Did you check the linked issue and description are in your software project epic create screen. And also check if there are other fields that is mandatory upon creation of epic.
-
This wiki style is for multiline field only. You have to change the Renderer of multiline field in the Field Configuration scheme for that project. To do this go to Settings -> Issues -> Field Configuration. Search for the Field Configuration used by your project. Then search for the multi-line (paragraph) field you want…

Hi @Yi Meng , It only works if you have team assigned in issues and the team is added in plan team in plan set to: issue source = board should be a scrum planning style = Scrum. Then view settings - group by sprint - check show capacity on timeline
-
Hi @Bill Mc , I would prefer to filter the exact Issue key of all template issue instead of label (monthly and template), this may accidentally cause additional ticket cloned if other user added month and template in there ticket labels. But its up to you. You can use this sample automation: When: Scheduled - Run rule…

Hi @TAIWO ADEGBITE Welcome to the Atlassian Community! Try to check you Board setting by: Go to "Configure board" select column tab then align the status in column and add column if needed. Note: all ticket with a status included in Kanban backlog column will be display in backlog menu. Hope it helps!
-
No, there is no way to display it. That functionality is not available for Company Managed projects scrum board. To help validating the issues, you may want to create additional board - Kanban board then add Swimlanes for future, open and closed print so the view in kanban board will be categories. They can just easily…
-
Hi @SheLa Newburn , My suggestion base on your process is to add status in your parent issue for 7 to 16 subtask process to simplify the automation and easily to track the progress of issue. Sample process - when issue move to in progress - automation create 6 ticket - add workflow condition in transition from in progress…

Hi @RDaridan , * Maybe you can try to contact atlassian support to fix this issue - support.atlassian.com

There is no limit to the number of workspaces you can create or join but only 10 board per workspace.
-
Hi @Ambroise Veillet , Welcome to atlassian community. You can check all limits of free plan here - trello pricing
-
But its up to you, just make sure every configuration are same with the new project including people. Hope it helps.
-
Its also a limitation in filter. You can move group of issues per epic then align to the new project(archive) epic(same name with your active projects epic) But its more easier to create new project (new version) where you only move the ongoing/needed issues. Let the old project be the archive project.
-
Hi @Antoni Bobiński , You can check your plan settings: Issue sources - If the issue source are filtered in project or board (may not included other issues) Exclusion rules - adjust the range of "Exclude any completed issues after", probably other issues are completed more than the range indicated. Removed issues: Issue…
-
Hi @Vishal Gogari , Yup its a limitation. As suggested, you need to move or delete the old issues. If you still need the old issues which you dont want to delete, you may create new project to store (to archive) old issues or new project (new version) where you will continue to use for your new/upcoming issues.

Hi @Dana Pliavinska , Base on the Action details from screenshot. It passed condition using blocks (you have linked issue type blocks. So "For Linked Issues" you should use blocks (this will get the issue under blocks linked issue) instead of blocked by. You can try this sample automation: **** sample status "Closed",…

Hi @Selena Peri , Welcome to the atlassian community, You can create sample automation like this: Create, link issue, copy field and move status of new issue in xxx software project when xxx Jira Discovery Project ticket transition to xxx When: Issue transitioned - To status xxx Then: Create issue: project: Software…
-
This will be complicated because you want to sync everything. Every changes in field , status etc. And it will affect the performance due to plenty of automations running every changes. Maybe you need to adjust it. Let your team just access the linked issue (clone) to see details about everything. Or just work in 1 project…
-
Hi @Vera Valshonok , You can try to do this sample automation process which will trigger when impact start time and end time updated then the action will calculate the diff and display the result in incident duration field: When: Issue updated - select Impact Start time and Impact End time Action: edit Issue - select…

If that so, you need to request it to atlassian support support.atlassian.com to add new org admin. Maybe nextime better to have one service account as Org admin to prevent this senario. Hope it helps.
-
Hi @Silvia Segura , Welcome to the atlassian community. If your ORG admin too, you can add the user in group - 'site-admins".
-
Hi @Swati Sharma , Getting the parents of subtasks / subtasks of parents using JQL is not supported. You must use a plugin such as Power Scripts or Scriptrunner.
-
Hi @idevops , Welcome to the atlassian community, You can contact atlassian support about it as suggested. I seems there is a problem in atlassian billing and payment.

Hi @raju mandapaka , Base on your format, meaning the XA number will be find between "AX" and "." . This smart value below will get the last sprint name text between "XA" and ".": {{issue.sprint.last.name.substringBetween("XA",".")}} Hope it helps.

If that so, you need to copy too the required field value to your copied ticket. So it will not be empty. It got an error because the field is empty on your project B ticket.
