While change is always difficult & cloud is not for everyone, I would urge caution in continuing on server given that there will be no more security patches coming up. Of course if your Jira server is running on a completely air gapped network, then you mitigated the vulnerability risk. Here is a listing of all the…

Hi @Benjamin Unfortunately there is no parking available. I was planning to take the BART, its a short walk from the Montgomery station. Looking forward to seeing you there. Thanks Vish

Thanks for sharing @Madhav Anadkat Assuming you used the "Backup Manager" UI to create the backup. The data set size is really small, you may want to try again to do an import, alternatively contact Atlassian support if it is still failing based on the trace it seems like an internal error.

Hi @Madhav Anadkat Seems like you are running into an internal error. I would recommend contacting Atlassian support on this issue. BTW - What is the size of the zip file that is getting generated including attachments ? and how was the backup file generated? I am glad you backup your data, I am curious as to how often you…

Hi @arno I can for sure help you how to optimize your attachment data in the cloud, but on-premises I am not 100% sure of an easy way to optimize your attachment data.
