Not without a plugin - there's a variety of options: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=jira%20forms From past experience you won't get quite the Google Forms or Microsoft Forms level of slickness in terms of branching and conditional revealing etc though.

Hey @mohanpsh - "Portfolio" isn't a concept that's modelled by default in Jira - is this a layer in the issue hierarchy your admin has created using Advanced Roadmaps perhaps? You'd also need to define what you mean by "current" - if my prior guess is correct, do you mean "when I look at a story, show me which issue…

You could use Automation for Jira to populate a custom field (or label etc) with the original key I'm sure. Why would you need to do this though?

Review the assets at https://www.atlassian.com/migration TBH though it depends far more on the complexity of their instance - within those 10,000 users how many projects, issues, schemes, plugins/apps etc. Normally an instance that size is fairly horrible for migration if it's existed for any length of time (again,…

Atlassian Jira Cloud is the best solution for most folks these days. Free training: https://university.atlassian.com/student/catalog/list?category_ids=21734-free-training I'm not entirely clear on your requirement though: 1. You want to track different types of 'electronic board' - do you mean use different kinds of boards…

Do you mean your roadmap (accessed via the left sidebar of your project) or an Advanced Roadmap plan (accessed via the Plans button at the top)? Either way, the problem will normally be that your incoming filter excludes them somehow.

Go to 'roadmap' in the sidebar of your Jira project, paste the URL of that page into your Confluence page and it should nicely embed :) Not the most sophisticated but it's a live embed and is free
-
That URL is an on-premise instance - your issue is likely due to whoever hosts is configuring the firewall intentionally to prevent public internet access. (Cloud instances always end in atlassian.net until at least later this year when https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CLOUD-6999 may get delivered)
-
Nope for showing progress without plugins. Try pasting in the URL of the roadmap page from your Jira project - it's pretty neat and even factors in filters you've applied etc.

@Bill Sheboy have you had this working successfully for multiple users being tagged? It's working fine for me on single users, but errors when there's more than one. I'm wondering if it's to do with the initial variable creation action only creating the first one as a smart value...
-
Thanks @Bill Sheboy really kind of you!

Hey @Bill Sheboy - I'm a newbie to variable writing - do you have an example of what the action would look like here? We're trying to achieve the same thing
