UK breakfast growing up wasn't too thrilling BUT I distinctly remember the little cereal packs being a key element of being on summer holidays somewhere - the first 3 breakfasts being epic, and then you slowly work your way down to the one no one fancies... This question immediately made me think of visiting my epic…

* Will we see you in Amsterdam? YES!!!! Just booked my flights :) * What session or topic are you most excited to explore? Selfishly I can't wait for the session I'm co-presenting with @Stu Smith ️ - I think the first time a session focussed squarely on empowering neurodiversity in teams has been in the public schedule at…

Great question! Based on https://support.atlassian.com/rovo/docs/rovo-browser-extension/ 'the extension can read the contents of that page to answer the user’s request. This content is processed temporarily for that interaction and is not stored by Atlassian' So I would read that as: - yes if you have PPI information…

Love this @Matt Doar _Adaptavist_

There is a HIGH ratio of people to plushies at any given Atlassian gathering 😂 I think it's nice tbh - whatever makes people smile :) Reminds me of: https://news.uq.edu.au/2026-02-viral-monkey-his-plushie-and-70-year-old-experiment-what-punch-tells-us-about-attachment-theory

I like how the line of measure for human now is "no AI would be this surreal" 😂 I don't actually travel with him anymore as he's a bit precious and 'well loved' but this is Heartbeat Bear who has always been at home with me since I was a baby and has historically joined me for various travels. He features a beating heart…

I'm loving the write-status-update Rovo skill especially for regular use - saves AGES getting a regular pithy summary of what's going on. I'd like to be using embedded actions in workflows but it's not really needed for my current team - the idea of having a "refine work item" status you pop things in and they come out…

Loving the tag, thanks. I did a little write up of how we've engaged live conference audiences with making their very own Rovo Superhero inspired by this article :) https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Rovo-articles/Engaging-teams-with-Rovo-through-fancy-dress/ba-p/3216126#M434

In addition to @Jorge Cammarotaexcellent advice, you can use https://www.promptcowboy.ai/ to help construct agent prompts (make sure to select the relevant option) - it'll then nudge you to consider any other ideas or questions you should answer

Should work the same as this I would guess -> https://support.atlassian.com/jira-product-discovery/docs/import-existing-jira-issues-into-jira-product-discovery/
-
Done! :D

I don't believe this can be achieved natively having had a play I'm afraid. The native 'flag' field in Jira is specifically meant to represent 'This item is being blocked by an impediment' which is why it works so effectively - as JPD is meant to represent a big glorious sea of ideas it doesn't include the same concept. If…

Answering the outstanding question on bugs -> https://community.atlassian.com/forums/Jira-questions/Where-do-I-report-a-Bug-to-Atlassian/qaq-p/797944 TLDR: No you can't report them specifically, but posting here (and commenting as you did 👍 ) does get monitored and should get picked up - normal principles of…

Yep! I always advise teams to reference https://www.atlassian.com/software/rovo/use-cases first for inspiration but some first hand examples from our own team have been: - Summarising trends in Confluence whiteboard retros - Guiding folks through content like a particular kind of planning - One of our marketing team…
-
@Kevin Fotheringham I started trying to replicate this (albeit in Cloud) and can't work it out either quite yet (misery loves company at least!). I'll keep on digging, but the learning content may give you some insights that…

Hey @Jorge Silva - I agree this seems to be a bug, the Kanban swimlanes in board config aren't behaving after group by is used. Looks like this is part of https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-90930

I can't see the 'floating AI button' in reliably or consistently in my Confluence sites... is this consistently rolled out now/what triggers it being visible?
-
Good suggestions @Shawn Doyle - ReleaseTEAM - I put this one to bed whilst on holiday but I'll give that idea a go :)
-
@Jason Chayer nope holidays took over! Could you expand your action for Edit Issue Fields? I'd also briefly run a test where you replace that action with just adding a placeholder comment or something so you can check works that far at least, then you can isolate to it just being the specific Figma field action being the…
-
@Tania Graham do you intend to consolidate the actual jira instances or just squish the billing together? This is a pretty decent article as a starter regardless: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/atlassian-organizations-consolidation-expectations-and-requirements-1472433097.html

Does the audit log entry specifically list the issue you're expecting? It could still be running successfully but not act on the issue if there's something awry with the rule. If you can share a grab of your rule and the expanded audit log I'll have a think :)
-
I can't find a good fix for this either to be honest. Of the options, I feel like using Automation to create some kind of searchable/indexable tag would probably give you the best outcome. ---- Sense check from GPT: You're not alone in your frustration! JQL's handling of versions and the lack of a robust, out-of-the-box…
-
@Lee Street do you mean the Version Report? It would show you changes in scope but not which team is working on what. I always find it's useful to sketch what you're envisaging this would look like and then folks can help offer you some options which might meet that. Typically I'd use something like Plans or just a simple…
-
@Jason Chayer does the history on the target issue show the updates? I assume the audit log is showing a successful run based on your comment - does it specifically identify the issue being updated when you expand the detail on the log entry?
-
@justwow do you want it to be truly public, or behind some kind of login? If public, yes you can use various optons including https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/share-content-externally-with-public-links/ I haven't tested how this works with Jira content though - typically permissions are inherited so you…

Without additional apps there's not too much smarts in terms of averages etc in Jira. This guide will help you explore your native options: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/use-dashboard-gadgets/ I'd recommend trying the created vs resolved for helping with your visualisation here.

Assuming you work in the same company, why not just have a open by default spaces in confluence so everyone can see everything? Alternatively, if you have defined your team's members in a group, the other team could just add this group for access.
-
@Josh Peck there is but there's a slightly painful step required in that for Jira Plans to show your items in sprints properly you need to: - Setup a Team in Jira Plans and link that to your board as an issue source: see here - Tag all tickets in your board to that team (you can automate this - see here) - make sure the…

I've never spotted that one before @Trudy P Claspill Every day's a school day
