Hello, Good day. Go to Settings >> Products >> DVCS and make sure Bitbucket connection is working. To see the development panel on Jira issue, go to project settings >> Permissions >> Make sure you have development data permission. Also go to workflow and make sure trigger is configured. Thanks

You are using 'OR' in this JQL that is the reason. Create the JQL only with 'AND' function, this should help. Thanks
