Great point Ken! Thank you :)

Hey Martin! Hope you are well :) I am Christian with the JSM Support Team and can see you are experiencing some odd behavior where Customers are added to the wrong Organization. So this behavior can be due to a couple of things: * An Automation Rule or Workflow Post Function that is making this change. Do you see any…

Hey @David Cassee I hope you are well today. :) I am Christian with the JSM Support Team and can see you have a question about how to retrieve the Organization(s) associated with JSM Issues. It is wild that you say that because I have a community article I put together on this very topic. Please see that…

Keeping track of data based on departments and changes made here and there will be more easily reference-able and logged to some degree in Audit Logs and on the Jira Issue History. Good from a scalability perspective

@Austin Alejandro hope you are well :) Could you please submit a support request mentioning this article and the issue? One of the Support Engineers on my team (or myself) would be happy to assist you!
-
Hey @Sydney Hollingsworth ! Yes that is correct :)
-
@Pramodh M I'm sure that might be possible, but just to be clear, that is not the intention of this article specifically. I can explore this as a different Article topic in the future :) Thanks for the suggestion! Cheers, Christian B.

Hi @Vaishali Patil you need to base 64 encode your email address and API token. I will update the article to mention this too. :)
