Have her test if it behaves the same in a different browser try chrome

Look at the ticket history; typically the person created the ticket is listed as the creator so create a filter.

Sorry took so long to get back to you, "thinking out loud"; if swr is unique and you are gathering those unique as criteria 1 and then you are looking for Lot that is also unique. so the combination of swr and lot are unique to one record. if you put check mark next to lot and turn off the case sensitivity that might make…

It might be a Scriptrunner function; I make it a standard part of a configuration of the instance I work in. Opensprint () and Issuetype in subtaskIssueType() might work
-
go to the customer list and remove his profile and remove him from the jira user groups.. The customer roster is found on the service desk left panel --customers. There is a jira user group that has access to the portal make sure his profile is removed from this group. If he does not need access to your instance at all you…

you need to include in your filter LinkedType in ("related to", "depends on" I believe that will display the results you want.
-
you need to do: issuetype in sub-taskIssueTypes() AND resolved<=endOfDay(-1d) AND sprint in currentSprint() this should display only sub-tasks in current sprint.

I did not see any reports about a bug; but here is link to the various boards: https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa?selectPageId=10440 but that function is not a standard function-- it is an "expanded one" I would check with Adaptavist since their tool expands JQL to the Issue function.
-
You would have to worklog turned on and then write a JQL with function time spent for the standards issue linked to parent. Or put the project in Plans (advance roadmaps) : https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwareserver0915/roll-up-values-to-parent-issues-on-your-timeline-1402412030.html

Jira software configuration is really jira on a single data center server; You can upload your jira issues and their dependencies into Plans module (formerly known as Advance Roadmaps or Portfolio). Once uploaded and review of configuration and teams there is a view available to show dependencies. Here is a link to…

1st q: when you say high level reports is the scope just for current sprints for the 12 product lines? 2nd q: have you tried building roadmap plan based on sprint boards only yet? There are maximum number of tickets in advance roadmaps. I am just learning PowerBI tool in Jira and I have Tableau in previous worklife outside…

Doing some quick searches it can be a port communication error but I don't think that is the case. I have come across a similar JQL board filter error. Review the actual filter: if it is referencing two projects and one of them is not included in your migration then the error occurs. Review the filter then copy the filter…

@Ashley Honeycutt I empathize with your question; I ran into similar scenario in data center. If you have an add on tool that allows scripting you could have an automation rule that calls Scriptrunner code because a Behavior would be a good tool here. (I don't for for Adaptavist.) Question: how is the dollar amount entered…
-
your best tool to help you create this is Adaptavist Scriptrunner -- most recent comment. Comment history can be extensive on an issue-- so it will be a potential heavy lift. you might want to filter out comments created through automation rules--and would have to know the actor in the rules. NOTE every @mentioned user in…

@Rita Dziobova Welcome. Can you please snapshot or copy filter here so I can be of assistance?
-
Set up a component roster or label convention to manage this linked standard issues to sub-tasks. Components is the stronger option than labels. Then add the component criteria into the filter for your board.
-
Look at the configuration of your board cards; you can put summary but here is a link to card configuration: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/customize-cards/ The layout is here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/customize-cards/#The-default-card-layout short descriptions…

I don't know which market place application you are using. I would check the documentation of the app that created the field to see if there are some settings or permissions that would allow your modification.
-
I would craft this-- this is draft because I cannot test my logic--- Trigger : when issue is commented If summary ~ "key word" then JQL: (summary ~"@mention user") then edit the issue assignee set to the @mention user
-
Have you tried creating an automation rule with criteria that summary fiel5411611d contains System Monitor ? Also what kind of project is it software or service management?
-
issue types are assigned to one workflow; so if you have different "legs" or branches --you can direct issue type down each branch based on conditions. then you can have the end user see only the status assigned on the portal.
-
on the import, with that amount of data then you can remove the fields that do not be imported. Also you might write a filter to have it only import data that meets a specific criteria.
-
data center and cloud process is same for the Asset tables just the layout of the import screens are slightly different
-
the import process is same for data center and cloud
-
when you import items into asset tables: you set up the import and then you map the fields from your csv to your asset fields this is saved. Here is a link: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/create-objects-from-data-using-object-type-mapping/

Hi: your workflow should have a status in progress that can transition to escalated. write automation rule that when SLA Breaches for L1 support team then the issue is transitioned to escalation status and in same rule edit assignee to specific person and you can edit the group. Similar to this:
-
on the left side bar of your service desk --scroll down until you see channels then you can see a portal link
-
The only way to do that is so save the configuration so it can be reused. then you can review the mapping instead of recreating the mapping
-
at project level go to project settings, notifications and change the e-mail settings there. for the cloud instance go to system and check the outgoing mail address; I am on free version so I cannot see all the settings. In cloud sending the email from your project domain is the easiest.

@ketevan burjanadze did you figure this out? For Roadmap how are you pulling in the projects is a filter or previous boards? The Epic-story for the Service desk project should not be an issue
