Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ Health check 'Security Vulnerabilities' failed with severity 'Undefined' : The health check was unable to complete within the timeout of 30000ms I am getting this in logs

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_ Just tried by deleting custom html and pasted custom html from prod instance, but I didn't see any changes still same I have tried disabling and enable all plugins which are mentioned in above link. But I didn't get expected result . Even I deleted custom html but it won't works

* it is our company developed plugin Modules all are enabled Compare Tree Plugin provides ability to compare different versions of space Pre requisite : space version macro - this is also a plugin displays information in header of space and grant easy navigation between spaces.

No Custom HTML, i compared both configuration but I didn't find any difference. In screenshot first one is on uat server it'll be like that. Screenshot second one is prod server, not showing versions. There's is plugin Compare tree 🌲 -I checked both servers all modules enabled state. Also both are using same confluence…

Regarding that error KB article and manually flush mail queue are wrong explanation for that error my TL replied 

He replied as Wrong explanation What should I do

Hi @Kishan Sharma I checked the KB article. That is one of valid reason. And is there any alternative reasons why we're getting error

Hi @Kishan Sharma You can check when confluence was stopped/started in confluence-application.log which can be found in the <local-home>/logs director----Can you please elaborate. For this assume I have dev server in that how many times confluence gets restarted, I need . Thanks & Regards BK
