Hi everyone! We've been struggling to communicate the page status for Confluence users. The number of native Confluence page statuses is also limited, not to say that we lack the ability to search for pages in a particular status. That's why we introduced Handy Page Status in our Handy Macros for Confluence. I realize…

Hi @Thang Le , Indeed, Handy Macros for Confluence has a Handy Status macro that creates many status sets and reuses them on pages or templates. Those statuses are independent, though, so you can use them for reporting or dropdowns in tables. Why do you need to create a few status dropdowns that rely on each other's…

Hello @Fredrik Josefsson We appreciate your usage of our Handy Status macro. The issue you've faced is unknown. The expected behavior of Handy Status supposes that the user can change its value regardless of the page mode. If the issue persists in your environment, we kindly ask you to raise a request with our support.

Hi @Elsa Navarro Sure, the same functionality is available in the Data Center version of the app.

Hello @Sara Angel The native Confluence Status macro requires entering a new value in the edit mode each time you need to change it. Alternatively, you can use third-party macros to add statuses with dropdowns and update them without page edits. As you describe this behavior being present on some of your pages, I believe…

I got your idea about sorting. I'm not quite sure about the status report you've mentioned. How do you implement the report in your instance? Do you consider the idea of using a third-party macro for the page metadata creation and reporting? Our Handy Page Status can be used to set the page status and see its last update…

Hi @Przemysław Lewandowski Welcome to the Community! Do you mean you need a date picker in the page title instead of the page itself? Why will the date picker on the page not work for you?
