Hi @Jan Kalenský - thanks for reporting this. We're aware of this issue and are working on a fix. Apologies for the inconvenience and we really appreciate the detailed report - please stay tuned.

Hi @Huddlestone - Thanks for posting on this, and we're sorry to see you're experiencing these bugs. We're aware of these issues and are addressing them as quickly as we can. Because you've upgraded to iOS 26, I recommend you join our beta TestFlight group (if you haven't already). We push out new fixes faster to our…

Hi @Calvin - thanks for such a detailed bug report, and apologies for the issues you've ran into! We've tracked this down and are pushing an update, which will be in the 2025.19.4 release. You should see it in the Play Store by Monday at the latest. I appreciate you bearing with us on this, and have a great weekend.

Hi @Laura Frizzell - what you describe is very possible on iOS. You can create a shortcut to send a card to your Inbox (vs a board list). Here are some instructions to help with that. The "Add Card to Inbox" shortcut should be accessible this way. From there, you can set this shortcut to run when clicking the Action Button…

Hi @Priscila Schwambach - You can replicate the previous My Cards functionality by visiting the Search screen and tapping a Quick Search option at the top to view cards by due date. You can also add a parameter to your search: "sort:due", which will sort your cards by due date. This will also then save as a "quick search",…

@Sky Wolf Sorry to hear you're experiencing this! Are you seeing this on all of your boards, or only some? If the latter, is it typically happening on boards with a high volume of existing cards already on it? Also, roughly when did you start noticing this? Thanks for any additional info you can provide!

@Olivier Kraft Glad to hear it! You can find documentation on Trello's search operators here: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/searching-for-cards-all-boards/
-
Hi @Olivier Kraft - you can add a parameter to your search: "sort:due", which will sort your cards by due date as you describe. This will also then save as a "quick search", so when you revisit the search screen later, it will be at the top and can be accessed quickly. Hope this helps! Totally understand that changes to…

Hi there - Thanks for reporting this. We’re working on fixing this. In the meantime, can you try choosing a quick add location (on the Home screen in the Trello app itself)? That should fix things for now, and it will be the location new cards are added to via the widget. Hope that helps, and thanks for bearing with us!
-
Hi @Leo - sorry to hear you're seeing this. We've made some changes under-the-hood to boards but haven't seen what you've described come up in our testing to this point. I'd love to learn what specific iOS device you're using (ex: iPhone 16 Pro) and what version of iOS you're running (ex: v17.5). You can find this info in…
-
@Gabriel Lozano Totally hear you about Shortcuts support for iOS - stay tuned! We're exploring that along with other improvements.
-
Hi @Serge BERRARD - The "My Cards" section on Android has been removed, but you can accomplish the same thing by entering the Search screen (top-right corner on the Boards screen) and tapping on one of the preset "quick searches". Hope that helps, and if you have any feedback on this (or any other mobile features), please…

Hi Jenny - sometimes invoking Siri doesn't work properly with the tools Apple provides third party apps like Trello. Another phrase you could try is "In Trello, remind me to [card name]" (others have reported this phrase working better). Additionally, we're actively working on improvements to Siri capture, so if it's still…

Hi @Islam Nuryyev - You can still view cards assigned to you (along with their upcoming deadlines) on mobile by visiting the Search tab and tapping on a Quick Search like "My cards" or "My cards due today". This will show you the same list of cards you used to see in the old "My Cards" tab. Hope that helps.
-
Hi @Christian Tenisch - thanks for reporting this. You're correct that the mobile app isn't currently warning users of the 16k character limit for card descriptions, but we're working now to surface a clear warning. Appreciate your patience as we address this!
-
Hi @Chrissie, to add to @Gaurav Kataria reply, the team has confirmed this is a bug: sometimes file extensions are being cut from the names of photos & attachments in the Android app. We're releasing a fix now, so you should see an update shortly that resolves the issue. The attachments themselves should still have all…
-
Hi @Stephanie Knox - thanks for reporting this! You're correct that the new iOS quick search options don't currently filter out archived cards, whereas previously the My Cards feature may have. We'll address this in a follow-up release! In the meantime, as a workaround you can append "is:Open" to your search to ensure…
-
@Kelly Gabel Hi there, the Android filter issue you mention is actually a bug - thanks for catching this! We're working on it now and it should be addressed in the next release. In the meantime, you can use the '#' symbol to search for cards by label.
-
Hi there - thanks for the suggestion! While we don't have anything to share yet, stay tuned for updates - we're excited about what's in store for widgets and Trello mobile overall. And if you (or anyone else here) have additional use cases for mobile widgets you have, we'd love to hear them!
-
Hey there! The new Planner / calendar feature is not yet available in the iPhone app, but we're working on it! Relatedly, you should be able to access Inbox (another beta feature) in the iPhone app now, with more updates to come. If you don't see it, be sure to update your app to the latest version in the App Store.
-
Hi there! Thanks for catching this issue - it was due to a very recent change we made. We've just remotely fixed this, so it should be working now. You'll likely need to kill and re-open your app to see it working properly. Again, we appreciate you reporting this issue and we hope it was only a minor inconvenience!

Hi there! This feature designed to allow you to quickly add cards to your most-used board, and it's based on your history. This message is showing because that board isn't accessible to you at this time (perhaps its permissions changed). You can tap on the pencil icon to choose a new board that you'd like to use as your…

@Ming Jie Ow Thanks for reporting this. We've fixed this issue in the latest version of the iOS app (2023.17), which is live for some users but not everyone yet. It will be available to everyone on December 21st. So if you aren't able to download this version yet, sit tight, you should be able to very soon. If you are…
