My to-do lists used to be on paper, now I've switched to the iPhone notes app. For scheduling I use Google calendar. And for weekly or monthly tasks I use the apple reminders app. That one has been a game changer for me

When there are small tasks on my to-do list, I try to squeeze them in. Otherwise I'll take a moment to breathe and prepare for the next meeting by collecting my notes, refilling my water bottle if necessary or getting a snack if I'm feeling hungry :D

My whole childhood we always had a real tree. I loved the smell and decorating it every winter. Most years it was a really big one, almost up to the ceiling. Then we got cats and a lot of our ornaments broke which is why we moved on to a smaller tree that we put up on a wooden bar stool. It looked cooler than it sounds but…

As a kid we never had one in our garden but every couple of weeks we'd go to the closest public pool. It was always my mum, me and one or two of my best friends at the time. We'd pretend to be mermaids and just have so much fun. Afterwards we'd go to the vending machine and get a cornetto. Some fond memories, I haven't…

Disclaimer: I'm from the vendor (APTIS) of this app. Epic Sum Up Free offers only a time progress bar in a Summary Panel that is on the right side of the issue view. However what you're looking for @Kris Mckeewould be possible with our paid…

The thing that's most frustrating for me is that I cannot just 'squeeze in' a blog or social post. When I do something I want to do it right. That means figuring out all the small details as well. So a blog post takes some time for me to finish. @Teodora V _Warsaw Dynamics_ I can also very much relate to your struggle with…

Very simple but I've never used facebook. Never made an account, never had it on my phone.

@Gabriela Koleva Thank you :D For campaigns I'll definitely stick to being a player for now but I can definitely see myself hosting a one shot every now and again. Because you're totally right that practice makes perfect :D

@Gabriela Koleva I was nervous for the whole day but really happy with how the evening turned out to be :D The players were happy and we had lots of fun so I'm counting that as a success.

@Summer Hogan Love this topic! 1. Cartoon - Katara from Avatar the last Airbender because I am resilient. 2. Color - Orange because I love vibrant colours 3. Car - A small brightly coloured VW, probably an up 4. Cuisine - Definitely Italian. I am a huge pasta lover. Could eat it every day without getting bored.

Sadly I haven't tried anything than D&D yet. And our current campaign will not be finished until another 2-3 years. We have also looked into trying Pathfinder for now but will go with D&D for now. On New Year's I will also be a first time DM for a one shot we're doing. And I'm really excited to see how that goes. Can't…

This is the first year I was really active on the Atlassian Community. And I love this space so here are my Community highlights: My first highlight was attending two of my first Atlassian Community events. The first one was a smaller one in Cologne I attended with some of my former colleagues. It was really nice meeting a…

Your Christmas polls are awesome!

October is way to early to put up Christmas decorations 😲 I would agree with mid to late November. At least to start campaigns. As far as preperations go, this year I started in August. Usually I tend to be more last minute since the year passes by so fast and suddenly its November and I have to stop everything to prepare…

That's an awesome story! 😍 My journey to marketing was 100% a lucky (or at first unlucky) coincidence. After I graduated highschool I moved on to another school to get my A-levels. But being there was a horrible experience which is why I left in the middle of the year with absolutely no idea what to do next. So I started…

A community group for Atlassian marketers, I am so in! Our marketing team is relatively small so I am looking forward to connecting with other marketers around the ecosystem. 💚 What type of marketing do you do? I am a product marketer still in training. So I am assisting as much as I can in marketing our products while…

Hey @Jimmy Seddon , I'd like to sign up for January 19 :)

@G subramanyam Awesome to hear that! My LinkedIn is https://www.linkedin.com/in/johanna-pichotka-07704b207/

Like @Andy Gladstone I've always wanted to see the Aurora Borealis. Preferably in Iceland one day. Some of my other dream destinations include * London to visit the Harry Potter Studios * Norway to hike to the Lofoten * Korfu to visit the Mediterranean Sea again And maybe someday I will visit LA and New Zealand.

I love swimming and the beach and prefer it to pools. My non-negotiables are definitely a good book, a big towel, some water and some snacks. I recently went to the Mediterranean Sea for the first time. Could've stayed there forever!

Thank you for mentioning Epic Sum Up 🙌

Thank you @Summer Hogan ! Happy new year to you too!

Great topic! My favorite snow memory was when I was about two years in school and it was snowing so heavily that it took ages to get everywhere. What normally took us 15min to drive was now nearly an hour. But we did make it to school but because everyone was late the first two periods were canceled and we could play in…

Thanks for sharing this @Summer Hogan I think my life's theme song would be 'Dance for the hell of it' by Lova. I found this song only last year and the reason I resonated with it so much is that I haven't felt like I fit in anywhere for a big part my life (especially as a teen) but I still keep on going (or maybe…

Two memories that come to mind: The first one is Christmas when I was very little. I got a playmobil bus and I loved it. I loved playmobil as a kid and this was the first thing I ever got from playmobil. And the other one is a family holiday when I was a teen. In Germany we have something called 'Fronleichnam' where we all…

Hey @Kyle Thompson , I'm Johanna from the Epic Sum Up team. Do I understand correctly that you want to track the productivity per developer across all issues that the developer has been assigned to? If that's the case we would do this by selecting the filter in the issue navigator, then opening it up in our JQL Detail View…

The first and also as of now the last time I was business traveling (it was more of a company trip) was to Sweden in summer this year and it was actually okay. Took the train from Nijmegen to Schiphol airport and from there we flew straight to Oslo. We didn't get out of Amsterdam at the planned time but no cancellations or…

At our company we have a tradition to go out for steaks when we celebrate a big win. And in summer we also have some barbecues together. Good food definitely helps raise the mood! I'm a vegetarian but at one of this years barbecues I ate a burger with some roasted veggies which was really delicious.

I love this! I'm not managing a team but I'll definitely suggest that for one of our review meetings with the team. We often refine our meeting structure and sometimes have trouble finding the right rythm. Maybe this could help.

Thanks for mentioning Epic Sum Up - Free @Hamza Chundrigar I am part of the Epic Sum Up team and we do have a premium version available if you want to track more metrics than time. @[deleted] Epic Sum Up offers a dashboard gadget that can track the progress of all of your Epics. It looks like this: This gadget is with…
