Hi Radha, If you're a board admin, you can use the "Board" dropdown on the top right corner when browsing the board, then choose "Configure", then click again on the board button and choose delete :) Hope this helps! Cheers

Hi again! Unfortunately, I don't think Cloud would allow you disable those modules easily. Can't try it out by myself as I don't have a Cloud instance but I do trust you if you tried :) That being said, there's obviously ways with Javascript to supposedly remove the DOM elements but I wouldn't rely on that as the DOM…

Hi @Krishna m, definitely agree with Zack, ACP-600 is an easier start and will cover a limited scope but fundamentals are there. That would also be my suggestion! Let us know if you manage to pass :) Best luck!
-
Hi Igor, Are you on Cloud or Server? I'm not sure if all of those modules can be disabled on Cloud instances! Which version of Jira do you use? Thanks :)
-
GREAT! A lot of champions will get it smoothly :D

Oh yeah! +1 for the ability to teleport as well @Jodi LeBlanc @Thomas Schlegel you’re definitely right but..... 🙄

Nice compilation here! I'd say the most exciting for me would be the ability to become invisible. I'd like to see things I can't if caught, such as a meeting between Trump and Kim Jung Un, what my best friend is doing right now, hide on stage beside my favourite band etc... just curiosity for things I'll probably never…

Hi Eric, Glad it's working for you. If you really want to save more clicks, you can update your workflow to create transitions between Prioritized and all statuses, so that you might want to automate the transition back to original status once priority set :) That might be a more advanced implementation through scripting…

Hi there, Hope you're well! I've "solved" a similar case once by using an App (nFeed, https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.valiantys.jira.plugins.SQLFeed/server/overview - you can use any other SQL related App in fact) to create a customfield with a dropdown offering only "not Done" epics. Once a value was…

Hi Angeline! Hope you're doing great! It's "known" that Service Desk stores Request Type and other fields in a "proprietary" format. There's an open Bug (with a workaround) for Request type here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDCLOUD-1335 I'm pretty sure (but ca't find the query) you can achieve the same for…

Hi Alfonso, As long as your Bitbucket is reachabe from the internet (or at least your CLoud instance), it's possible. There is more documentation available here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/link-to-server-apps-from-cloud-744721656.html It's a simple matter of building an Application Link :) Hope this helps!

Hello Markus, Agreed! Bulk change won't work in a single step as your screenshot shows! That quite a pain! An alternative could be a script (based on either ScriptRunner or PowerScript) which can be ran at a stable frequency and will check all Sagas for Parent Link values and clear them. That being said, it implies…

It seems that the question was to get this for /project (all projects) not a specific project in my understading. If not, as we both mentioned, it's available for quite a while, without the expand needed! Cheers
-
Hi! Your Jira licenses are just here to allow people connecting to Jira. Git (maybe Bitbucket) user count is therefore independant (as long as git users are not triggering actions with their account in Jira!). Can you tell us more about your integration so that we can make sure to provide the best guidance? Thanks

Hi, I would recommend adding a listener to catch the moment when reporter is changed and get the former value through a script, adding this user to the issue's watchers. Might not be the easiest script ever but would make sure the event is captured every time! Hope this helps! Cheers
-
Hi! I can't answer your question, will ping Atlassian though! That being said, on Jira Server, if you're pinging a specific project through /rest/api/2/project/{projectKey or Id}, issueTypes are returned, that can be a workaround while getting more feedback from Atlassian! Cheers
-
Hi Markus, Definitely agree with you: it's confusing! The thing is that, as Jira sees the field available in both types, it's not prompting to remove it while moving the issue. The only option I could imagine would be to subscribe to a filter returning all Sagas with parent links so that you can bulk change them on a…

Hi Eric, Frst I'd like to highlight that I definitely love the collaborative prioritization approach! It might be a bit of an overkill but can you add a "prioritized" status with multiple transitions from Open to Prioritized (one for each priority, which could even assign priority during transition). When dragging the…

Btw @Bridget we received some swag for our Company User Group here at National Bank of Canada, will fight hard to get one of those caps! Another picture will eventually follow!

There we are! Have fun 🙄

That moment when you're not sure if posting that picture was a great idea :D

Mouhahahaha you made my day!

Ahahah interesting opposite approach :o

Such a great thread! I'd say I was aiming at both reality and dream as I wanted to become a famous Police officer (famous was important) to enforce the law and build a better world. Well, I'm building better workflows and enforcing custom field naming conventions, not too bad. The picture is a gift, even if at that time I…

Great use case, interesting article and a new proof that trello is not just "Jira for beginners"! Thanks @Tinker Fadoua

Welcome Marcos! Hooe you’ll enjoy Community! Your company and its projects arr very interesting and I’m sure it has a much appreciated positive impact! I’m also in Montreal, we should definitely meet in an AUG :) Cheers!

Thanks! I'm a huge fan of Aerith and FF VII! I can see you have good taste as well with Zelda :) Let us know if there's anything we can help you with! And you could also support your idea on Atlassian's Jira with a new feature request. It won't guarantee an implementation but would at least keep trace of your need for the…

Hi again, Unfortunately, at the moment it seems like Organizations are managed by users (no notion of group here). Anyway, importing would result in out-of-sync Organizations vs AD after AD changes. It's quite a complex sync you want there which is not bundled at the moment. Sorry if it's not the answer you'd love to hear…

Great! Feel free to tag the question as answered for others in similar situation! Have fun with Jira, you're welcome again anytime if you have more questions!
