@Monique vdB I'm with you...

My heart is always shared between France (I was born there) and Netherland (cause I'm a huge fan of the team). I'm so pissed they are not in this year! At least France is having a great team! Nice pic @Monique vdB!

Hi Abraham, I'm pretty sure the issue happens when SIL is trying to input some value or get some from a field which is in a different format than expected. If you can share the logs or script associated with the issue we could help probably! Cheers

Community is for all Atlassian customers and your request is related to your own instance of Confluence. That's why I think you're not at the right place. Can you try http://{your.confluence.url}/contactadministrators.action ? that would give you a form to contact your instance admins. Cheers
-
Hi Tony, Community might not be the place you wanted to reach for your request. seems like you're having questions on your internal Confluence Structure and details which you should share directly with your application admins. Please correct me if I'm wrong, I'll be more than happy to help! Cheers

@Marianne Miller ACPs are definitely a great asset in the Atlassian world! They're challenging enough to have value and attainable enough to try them out! Feel free to check/publish in the Training & Certification collection here if you have any question or want feedback! Even better, if you take the exams, share your…

Have you considered working with Organizations? It would, at least, allow your customers to access request from their colleagues... I guess you'll have to manage security levels here :/ Best luck!
-
Hi There, My recommendation would be to have the browse project permission given to anyone + a public Jira. This way all customers (including anonymous users though) could access the backlog. If you need to hide some stuff for internal work, you can leverage the issue security levels! I remember we used a similar way or…

Hi Amy, You're right: swimlanes are only available for the Sprint view. The backlog is filtered via Epics and versions. That being said, Quick Filters are available in both screens and if you build them properly, they can easily replace Swimlanes for planning (agrred it's not the most convenient for everybody). Hope this…

May, checked. June, excited.

Great one! I had a recent chat with friends about that, so knew most of it but still had a few new ones! Really enjoy those! Cheers

First geeks should get this by next Monday :)

Definitely a great approach: Stories bringing real values are what matters to stakeholders. By excluding the subtasks from the board, you won't loose their usage (for technical actions) but will track a higher level of things. You might want to complete it with a few gadgets on devs dashboards to get them a view of their…

Hi Radha, You can find the official documentation here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirasoftwarecloud/burndown-chart-777002653.html That's a first place to have a great intro. I would also recommend to have more reading about Agile reporting in general if you're not comfortable with them (and there are so many of…
-
Hi Matthias, Welcome on Community first! As per your situation, I can't see any "ideal" solution. Subtasks are not standalone on boards, you got this, and I can imagine increasing the WIP Limit might not help in case you have many subtasks under a single story. An alternative could be to use Epics are you current stories…

Still curious about the book :O

@Jodi LeBlanc, totally agree... can't list them all and I feel like goat cheese is more popular so I'm fighting the most spread disease :D @Meg Holbrook, we can maybe find an agreement. We will also drop you blue cheese and all those sweaty-hockey-gear-like stinky cheeses (with tons of toothpaste...). Damn, just thinking…
-
Good one @Meg Holbrook! Love it :) At first I though "what food I hate and would love Earth to get rid of?", then I realized I was selfish. I therefore chose goat cheese cause I hate it, even the smell and I don't care about being selfish. I can remember so many situations where I sat alone at the office lunch room just to…

I've never seen any of the Star Wars movies (please if you judge me, don't throw me anything). That being said, as a good Community member, I've gently googled "best star wars joke ever". After being kicked out by Security monitoring from half of my tries, I'll just give you that one:…

Hey Shana! Hope you're well! I'd refer to the KB as mentioned by Alexey! That being said, to answer your broader question, I've recently faced it in critical environments and there were many people involved! Obviously Atlassian team must be part of the discussion but system admins are a great asset, sometimes legal or any…

Hi Daniel, After a quick look around, I can't find any similar case which wasn't solved by network setup. There's no known issue with VPN on SourceTree. It's usually a firewall thing which is preventing SourceTree from reaching Bitbucket! Good luck! Cheers
-
Yep! Please use the SIL Manager to check the SIL script's code which might be using a cast on wrong types.

Hi, Seems like there's a similar thread here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Error-HTTP-Status-500-after-Confluence-installation/qaq-p/458038 Can you please check if the user running Confluence has permission on the mentioned directories after cleaning the felix folder? Hope this helps! Cheers
-
Hi Joseph, Quick addition to Daniel's reply: Software will also help a lot if you want to run an Agile project (it bundles Scrum/Kanban features). Hope this helps!
-
Hi! Welcome on Community. Unfortunately, there's no real way of getting that information. If the projects are not flagged with categories or addons fields, that might be a Jira admin task to identify all of those. Best luck to sort this out! Cheers
-
Great! Feel free to accept the answer so that other can benefit from your question and its solution :) Have a great day and weekend!

Hi, Sourcetree is a client for Bitbucket and therefore the URL might be your Bitbucket URL (either hosted or on bitbucket.org). Let us know if it works, if not, what's the result? :) Cheers
-
Hi Angela, Short answer is yes! Jira supports creating new issue types as "Standard" issue types or "Subtask" types which can be added to a parent using the "Create Sub Task" menu item. Both can be created the same way:…

Hi, I'd go with trying to add the user to the suggested Role and checked if behaviour is different. Let us know! Cheers

Hi, Is the re-assign assigning to a "static" person or is it the person transitioning? If so, they might also need the Assignable User permission. Are there any logs thrown during transition? Could they try to assign it to the expected assignee manually and see if it works? Cheers
