Hi Great to see that you use Azure AD Attributes for Jira from Deviniti! I'm part of the team responsible for this plugin. The error message you are getting indicates that appropriate API permissions have not been granted inside Azure portal configuration. Steps to resolve 1. To configure API permissions for Azure AD…

Awww... how cool. Thank you!

Hi @Zaldy Parian Yes! It has been just released :)
-
Hi @Bill Thang Have you considered using a 3rd party synchronization app? My team recently released a free, cloud solution called Issue Sync Lite, that seems to fit that use case perfectly. You can set it up to automatically create issues in project for the German team when the issue in "Asia System Support" project is…

Great to hear that you managed to define the root cause of the issue! And thank you for your understanding regarding the JQL feature - developing it should take us a few days more, but seeing a user in need is always an extra motivation :)
-
Hi @Zaldy Parian Glad to hear that the feature with JQL conditions will be useful for you :) Regarding the problem with the Priority and Business Unit fields - unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce it so I'm afraid that further details of your configuration will be needed to troubleshoot it. Could you please raise a…

Hi @Alexander Wildes Jr I wonder - maybe using a third-party synchronization add-on will be a good solution here? My team recently released a free tool Issue Sync Lite that you can use to synchronize issues from different projects (also from different Cloud instances) and copy over their values: fields, comments, and…
-
Hi @Istvan Fay My apologies. I must have overlooked your question! Usually - seconds, however, it also depends on the type of synchronized elements - for example adding or removing attachments might take even a few minutes due to their size and Jira limitations. But it's never a matter of hours! Hope that helps :) Kasia

Hi @Zaldy Parian * Both mentioned fields - Priority and Reporter are supported - you can find them by typing their names in the drop-down, as shown on the screenshot. If for some reason you can't find it - please drop us a request via Customer Portal so our team can have a look at that. * That's not a problem - you can map…

Hi @Zaldy Parian Not sure if you consider using an unpaid 3rd party app, but the one developed by my team is free and lets you connect two separate Cloud instances or projects within minutes and without coding. Issue Sync Lite can automatically create an issue in a Software project once a particular request type is created…

Hi guys! Just wanted to share an update on changes in our product. Recently we added an attachment synchronization feature which means that now you can: * synchronize issues between multiple instances, along with their:* fields * comments * attachments * define which projects and issue types will be available for…

Hi there! I'm part of the team responsible for the mentioned app - Issue Sync for Jira. This plugin enables synchronization of two separate Jira's which means that you can automatically create a ticket in Company's A Jira while Company B reports an error in their system. All the data (fields, comments, attachments,…

Sure thing! The app can be downloaded from here. You can try it out directly on your instance or book a meeting with our support team that will demonstrate the app's possibilities.

Hi @pjackson As Aron mentioned above, there are a few integration applications available on Marketplace that allow sharing information between Jira Software and Service Desk projects. Sync applications not only copy the data from one place to another but also automatically create tickets and keeps their fields, comments,…
-
Hello, The app is totally free (for all user tiers, not only for the trial period) :) Cheers, Kasia
-
Hi @Nikhil Patil Unfortunately, according to my best knowledge, this can not be achieved using the built-in Jira password policy. However, as @Brant Schroeder rightly mentioned (many thanks for that), the company I'm working for develops an add-on called Advanced Password Policy (for Jira and Confluence). The app can be…

Hi @Kvalitet center As already mentioned by other commenters - there are a few applications that can solve your use case. One of them is Issue Sync for Jira (developed by the team I'm part of), which enables single and bidirectional synchronization between Cloud and DC hostings. It automatically creates issues in the…
-
Hi @Sebastian Adam If you are still looking for a synchronization tool, you can also give Issue Sync for Jira a try - this app supports Cloud to Server/DC ticket sync along with elements like custom fields, attachments, comments, or statuses. You can create bidirectional synchronization also with Jiras behind the firewall.…
-
Hi @jla stats In principle, it's possible to have different teams working on separate Jira instances and still be able to cooperate successfully. Efficiency here depends mostly on the kind of data you wish to exchange between the teams. There are a few Marketplace add-ons that automatically create and synchronize tickets…
-
Hi @Trena Norcia If your clients have separate Jira instances and you need to coordinate work between them and your organization to for example create a mirrored task in Jira A when a bug is raised in Jira B, there are few paid synchronization tools already mentioned above. As a member of the team behind Issue Sync Lite I…
-
Hi @farah sarraf As Trudy already mentioned there are a couple of 3rd party add-ons that allow synchronizing Cloud and Server instances. I work for a team developing Issue Sync for Jira which automatically creates issues, synchronizes fields, comments, and attachments between hostings, and keeps them updated. If that…

Hi there! Automation for Jira is great and seems to handle that use case pretty well but if the monthly limit of 100 executions is not enough, there is an unpaid alternative developed by the company I'm working in. Syncing two projects of different types can be also achieved using 3rd party add-ons: the one published…
-
Hi Johan! If you consider using any 3rd party add-on I can recommend a brand new solution from my team - Issue Sync Lite. It's a free app that allows you to connect two instances in minutes and create issues automatically in instance B, when a certain issue was raised in Jira A. It synchronizes fields and comments (soon…

Hi again, I noticed that your question has been answered - great to see that! Still, as someone else might have a similar question in the future I would like to share info about a brand new and free solution by Deviniti - Issue Sync Lite. This app allows admins to connect two Jira Cloud instances and sync projects, issue…
-
Hi Anthony! If Automation doesn't meet your use case here, I encourage you to give a try my team's brand new application Issue Sync Lite. It's free and quick to set up and maintain. It doesn't require coding or complicated manual work and allows you to securely connect two Jira Cloud instances and automatically create…

Hi! If you are using Jira Cloud and Azure Active Directory you might like Azure AD Attributes for Jira, an app developed by our team at Deviniti, that display user attributes (as phone number, department, manager or office location) of AD users on the issue and request views. You can also use it to copy those data to…
-
Hi @joakime Most synchronization solutions rely on direct communication between plugins installed on both synchronized instances so once buying an app from Marketplace the application license tier has to match the maximum number of users of the Jira products on your instance. Still, it's usually possible to get a custom…
-
Hi @Kamil Sochacki Do you look for Azure AD -Jira user provisioning solution or would you rather sync user properties (department, employee ID, manager etc.) from Active Directory to Jira? When it comes to the second use case, Azure AD Attributes for Jira, the application developed by my team, can help you. It synchronizes…
-
