Hi @Becker_ Rene, Thanks for the detailed questions. Here are answers them Will these agents consume credits, and from which pool? Yes. What the EAP provides is a way to invoke agents from the board view, not any new types of agents or billing model. Credits come from your organisation's shared pool, not a per-user…

I appreciate the feedback and the areas of further improvement shared here. @Richard Scholtes if you can elaborate further on the points you raised, it would help us understand and address them. You can write to me at smehta2@atlassian.com or schedule a call via this link: https://calendly.com/meetssm/jira-customer-calls…

@Nadine Alexandra Schütt thank you for your input. At this point, there is no other known case where we block updating a workflow and make fixing the error imperative (breaking the old workflow as you mentioned). We are making some changes releasing in February 2026 that will make it easier to identify statuses with…

Hey @Eglė Kaziulionytė @Robert Eiser The ticket mentioned above captures a slightly different to the one we were discussing in the comment threads here. The ticket has since been updated to describe the issue accurately. As mentioned above, for third party integrations, we depend on partner(s) to update the descriptions.…

We hear you @Eglė Kaziulionytė and @Robert Eiser Some of these fixes are on Atlassian's side, but some are actually require the third party app to change what information they allow us to surface in the new editor. We are working with the apps to improve their experience with the new editor. I would request opening a…

Hey @Jean Gordon I understand you have broader issues that need addressing. I could potentially connect you with product managers working on accessibility and performance for Jira. Would you be interested in the same?

Hi @Dirk Ronsmans We are working on improving the new workflow editor even further. I would love to understand your needs around drawing nicer transition lines. If you are available over the next few weeks, feel free to schedule a call through this link with me and I'd be happy to bring the insights to our development…

Thanks for the shout out @Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_ ! We are looking at building solutions that will allow users to move without users and groups. However, @emir.omeragic I would love to understand your use case on how the users should be treated in the destination site. Any user mentioned in space or in comments would need…

@Steven Rhodes Thanks for your feedback. While the tool was in Open Beta, there were a bunch of reliability and scale issues that we were actively working on. We have come a long way since then, and are seeing good reliability. Based on cross-channel feedback (including yours!), I am happy to report that we have also…
-
@Guilherme Jacondino @Adrian Rybski I am happy to share that noticing the usefulness of the feature, we have already started a slow roll out of the feature as an Open Beta. We should be 100% rolled out by mid December 2023. We have closed our sign-ups due to more than expected demand as mentioned above. If you want this…

Hi @Alfredo Negrete In the absence of this feature, if a customer wanted to move data between two cloud sites, one way to achieve that would be to move data from cloud site A to data centre and then to cloud site B. This feature enables customers to move data directly from cloud Site A to cloud Site B. There will be no…

@Perry Tancredi Looking forward to you using the more reliable generally available offering too. We're working to add more product support like Jira Software team managed projects, Confluence and Jira Service management to Cloud to cloud data copy. Jira service management projects are likely to be supported in the first…
-
@Steve Rhodes I remember your comment and we did take into consideration such experiences to improve the reliability of the tool. The current generally available offering aims to be stable with a high success rate of the data copy. We understand that the data currently moves with a lot of other global entities that may not…

@Dave LIAO thanks for your question. Testing is not a rare use case. However, Sandox is better suited for testing the C2C. So we recommend Sandbox. However, there is nothing preventing customers from using C2C for the same even though it may not be ideal for that use case.

Hi @David Hattig! I am a product manager for cloud-to-cloud migrations in Jira and I think the following may help you: To test migrations, you may want to use a sandbox tool (not a cloud-to-cloud migrations). This tool lives in admin.atlassian.com and you can find out more…

Hi @Evan Bond ! Thanks for your question. Currently, for migrations between cloud instances, we do not support users and groups scoped only to the projects that are selected. We understand that this causes significant customer pain and building support for scoped users and groups is high on our priority list. We expect to…
