Hi @Kasey Dionne nice to say hello! It is my understanding that the target turns red when it is completed after the delivery date, in that sense your delivery date is April - June, which makes me doubt this theory. I hope this helps you, I had the same conversation with my team!

Hi @Mahima Srivastav I encountered the same problem and a quick solution was to filter by link type. issueLinkType = blocks ORDER BY created DESC There is the possibility of defining custom link types, which would lead you to associate only the tasks that are of the "Design" project to the others by means of a link, for…

Is the posting done within the administrators group or is there a separate group to post for the games? For my part I made a post in the jira admin group with some tags to identify the post. I hope I followed the steps well! Greetings to all

As @Jack Brickey indicates I did not experience this type of anomaly. I think it could be because of the keyboard shortcut that pressing "w" removes or adds the current user viewing the task.

Pleasure to have tried to help you! @Andrew Berry Cheers

Now I understand the context a little more, probably because of the type of project! I don't have much experience working with user managed projects, if I find a solution I will share it with you Cheers, Valentin

Thank you both! You were a great help Cheers, Valentin

Ok, I'm thinking that maybe it's due to a Kanban configuration. I ask you, did you enter the board settings? Maybe the "Done" status is not associated to any column and that is why they are not shown. That's the only thing I think it could be, besides everything you already wrote. If you come up with a solution, share it…

Hi @Andrew Berry A pleasure to greet you! I understand that if a task is placed in done status, if it is then changed to another status for example: In progress, the task will remain with the Done check mark and will not appear in the backlog. One measure that could be taken is to review the project schemas and the…

Thank you @Daniel Ebers The example you provided is just what I needed to do, I take your example, thanks again! Regards

Thanks @Trudy P Claspill I will comment on the assignment you gave me Regards

Hi @Dario B Exactly, the idea is to run an automation every 1st of each month, generating a main task and also associate subtasks to that task with the different actions to be performed.

To add to Pavel's answer, which I believe to be correct I pass you the Jira documentation based on the text search https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/search-syntax-for-text-fields/ I hope you find it useful Regards

Welcome Edward! I'll tell you my experience if it helps you to get started! I found it very useful to take the free courses provided by Atlassian and review the documentation frequently. Also a good practice was to create a separate project to test all the implementations that I was asked to do. I hope this helps you and…
