Hi @Ditte Simard, there are no plans to make Atlassian Analytics available in Data Center, as it is a Cloud-only offering.
-
@Esther The team is still working through some data quality issues that were discovered in the Jira Sprint table and it's taking longer than expected to resolve. Sincere apologies for the delay. We'll be sure to post a separate announcement when it's available.

If you have access to Atlassian Analytics, you can query the table in the Atlassian Data Lake as long as Jira product data is selected in the Data Lake connection. I believe it captures all changes that show up in the issue history within Jira itself.
-
No problem, @Erin Quick-Laughlin! We don't support that yet but you can follow this ticket for updates: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ANALYTICS-4. It's currently on the roadmap: https://www.atlassian.com/wac/roadmap/cloud/atlassian-data-lake-export?p=f6a1d2fe-09.

Hi @Erin Quick-Laughlin, Change logs for the story point field can be found in the Jira "Issue history" table. You can filter on "Field name"='Story Points' and also grab the timestamps of the change and story point values. I've attached an example of what this could look like. Hope this helps! Let me know if you have…

Hi @Marcio C., We don't have Advanced Roadmap data in the Atlassian Data Lake just yet, so it sounds like what you're looking for wouldn't be possible right now. Here's the feature suggestion ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ANALYTICS-33. Feel free to reach out to chat further.

@Krzysztof Achinger Here is the Jira ticket you can watch for updates: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/ANALYTICS-4 cc @Hendrik Thomas

Hi Hakan, The Flow Metrics Dashboard isn't available as a starter dashboard yet in Atlassian Analytics, but we are be watching out for more feedback on how many customers are interested in Flow/DORA metrics. @Inder Singh can walk you through the details when you meet with him, but currently it's more complex to build these…

Great, no problem. Happy to help!

Hi @Krzysztof Achinger, based on the screenshots you provided of the filters, the other difference between the two other than the Issue Status is that the first is "Labels does not contain one of" and the 2nd is "Labels contains one of". Is it possible the difference in the Label filters is responsible for the differing…

Hi @Krzysztof Achinger, group data is not yet in the Data Lake. So I imagine one way to achieve this in the meantime would be setting up an automation rule such that whenever the issue's Assignee is updated, it adds a Label or custom field to note which group the assignee is in, and then you can report on that.
-
Hi Esther, Thanks for calling this out. I agree it's confusing that JSM tables are being shown even when Jira Service Management data is not selected and brought into the data source. Our team will be looking at ways to improve this going forward. Best, Tracy

You can add a formula column with a custom formula using the SQLite datediff function and the relative date variable {TODAY}.
-
@Jocelyn Weber No, it's not too late. Thanks for signing up! I'll reach out shortly via email.

@joey_klein No worries at all, thanks for asking. Teams can also be used for shares (such as sharing a Jira issue or Confluence page to every member of a team). You can also use the team profile to stay up to date on team activity, view recent documents or issues that the team have worked on, and share links to important…

@Grzegorz Tańczyk {Appfire} No problem. That's actually not a custom field specific REST endpoint; it's an Advanced Roadmaps teams specific endpoint so it is the Team field from Advanced Roadmaps. When I mentioned that the field is a regular custom field, it was only about the field. The entities associated with the field…

@Fabian Böhme @Märten Kuusik @nishanth.prasad @joey_klein @CYNTHIA RODRIGUEZ @Ben Kreischer @Janna Thank you all for your interest! Please fill out the signup form if you haven't already so we can have you included.
-
Hi @Grzegorz Tańczyk {Appfire}! I'm helping out with the product team at Atlassian. Yes, the Team field is a regular managed custom field so it'll be available via REST API.
-
@akoleva The Team field is only available in JSW Cloud right now, sorry about that. @Ferre Bynoe Appreciate the interest! This EAP is only focused on Jira Software, but we do have plans to bring the Team field into Jira Service Management in the future.
-
Hi @Arnd Layer Awesome, please fill out the signup form if you haven't already. That's right - the values in the Team picker will be identical to the Teams you have in Team Central.
-
Hi @Anasuya Ghosh, I'm taking over managing this EAP from Anish. Not sure how your Jira is configured for subprojects, but if you use Jira components, Jira labels, or a custom field to designate a subproject to an issue, then you may have a good use case for the Team field. The Team field will allow you to assign an issue…
-
Hi @Divya TV Thanks for your comment. We are currently working on unifying this Teams concept with the Team field in Advanced Roadmaps. In the long run there will be one team field that can be used across Jira (and other products), simplifying the experience for users.
-
Hi @Jayde Wofford , We're starting an EAP soon for a new Team field in Jira. It sounds like it may suit the use case you described. If you're interested, there's more information and a link to sign up here:…
