@Dave Mathijs ooof, and the "new article" suggestions in Confluence 🤦♀️ Nice post @Arkadiusz Wroblewski, thanks for sharing your insight. One of the strengths of Jira is how configurable it is, and one it's biggest challenges is how configurable it is... Treating simplicity as a design principle rather than a happy…

Great question, and one that we've been thinking about a lot lately at Easy Agile. Calogero makes an excellent point about behavioural patterns. I'd agree that no metric replaces the organisational awareness described, but I also think that making use of the data that teams are already producing in Jira can be helpful too.…

No trouble at all.

Hi @유호철 Re: your question asking if there is a recommended way to run a centralised weekly sprint board across multiple team-managed teams. Atlassian's guidance for cross-team sprint coordination is to use company-managed projects, particularly if you need advanced planning features like Plans in Jira Premium. There are…

Good article @Kinga_Getint, thanks for sharing so much helpful detail. Your red flags section is great; it's too easy to end up with a mess of overlapping automation rules trying to sync things. One of the amazing things about Jira is that it's so configurable. But one of the most challenging things about Jira is that it's…

Hi @Rana Humza Ali Tenille here from Easy Agile. We make Easy Agile TeamRhythm, an app for Jira. We're preparing to take a new feature to market, our Team Insights report, and I think it might be helpful for what you describe. We've been testing the report with our current customers, so the material that I have to share is…

Great article @Jamie Esker _Appfire_, I've been thinking about AI "slop" a lot lately too. AI is great for doing some things faster, but if it's accelerating you in the wrong direction, you just end up further away from your goal. If Rovo is interrogating a Confluence site full of half-done, outdated content, the mess…

Hi @Matthew Rumph Tenille here from Easy Agile. Trudy’s suggestion of a managed selection list is a reasonable way to keep some consistency and governance inside Jira. Where you might start to feel the limits of that approach is when your goal is to map dependencies or track progress across multiple teams. That is usually…

I’m seeing a lot more marketing teams adopting elements of Agile lately; not necessarily running full Scrum, but picking up the parts that make sense for them (which is kind of what agile is about, isn't it?). I don’t think the non-digital nature of work is what limits adoption. What I have found getting in the way is…

Thanks @[deleted] . Mine ended up being deleted! But I was able to get in contact with Kate who restored it for me.

@[deleted] Were you ever able to get an answer for this? I've posted an article here in App Central today that went straight into moderation - I've never seen that happen to an article I've posted, and I've made a few. Thanks Tenille

And change is hard. It's easier to see that something is broken than it is to know how to fix it. Servant-oriented leadership is needed to see the system clearly and sort out the upstream issues. I wasn't thinking about Theory of Constraints, thanks for bringing it up.

Hi @Alexnesiban Welcome to the Community. I shared a post that might help a little while back, about visual task management - https://community.atlassian.com/forums/App-Central-articles/When-everything-is-important-how-do-you-choose-what-to-do-first/ba-p/2758039 I'm with the team from Easy Agile, and we make two apps for…

:joy: Love your work @Boris Berenberg - Modus Create I could see the regret setting in at around 1:22, but you smashed through to the end!

Hi @shankara vijayendran👋 Tenille here from Easy Agile. We make an app that works inside Jira called Easy Agile TeamRhythm. Hi @Nataliya.Naydenova Tenille here from Easy Agile. We make an app for Jira called Easy Agile TeamRhythm designed to help agile teams to improve their ways of working. We link retrospectives with your work in Jira; you can turn a retro action item into a Jira issue in just a few clicks, which is automatically saved on…

Hi @Phil, This might not be exactly what you're looking for, but a user story map format would allow you to see child issues beneath your epics, ordered by swimlanes (sprints, or in your case versions). Full disclosure, I work for Easy Agile, and we make a Jira app that supports this. The issue cards display on the story…

Thanks for sharing your feedback @George Gimenes, I've passed this along to the team. Cheers Tenille Easy Agile

Hi @David Leal, Henri is taking a well-earned break. I really appreciate the update, and am glad to hear that your planning is back on track. Cheers, Tenille

Hi @Francois Fortin Thanks for your question! Currently, we don’t have a way of deleting Retrospectives in TeamRhythm. However, we do have an existing ticket in the backlog for this feature and I have added a vote to it on your behalf. If you find it useful, you could rename and repurpose the ‘Test’ board you’ve created.…

Hi Willem-Jan, Tenille here from Easy Agile. Greetings from sunny Australia, and thanks for your question! TeamRhythm is designed as a team-level tool; once you’ve installed the app, you’ll have one User Story Map and retrospective space for each of your agile boards in Jira. The design assumption that we’ve made here is…

Thanks for the mention @Nic Brough -Adaptavist- Hi @Cici He 👋 Tenille here from Easy Agile. Easy Agile TeamRhythm uses a story map format to help you see your Jira issues in context. The story map is built around the epic layer, with user stories and sub-tasks able to be viewed beneath. You can also configure an initiative…
