@Matvei Makeev You can create filter using this endpoint: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/rest/v2/api-group-filters/#api-rest-api-2-filter-post and than create board using this filter using endpoint: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/software/rest/api-group-board/#api-rest-agile-1-0-board-post…

Hi @Yatish Madhav You can find the second part of this article here: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Automation-articles/Out-Of-Office-in-Jira-part-2/ba-p/2183919 Hope you will like it :)

Hi @Samuel Smiles P You can use Rest: /rest/api/3/projectvalidate/validProjectKey This REST endpoint validates a project key and, if the key is invalid or in use, generates a valid random string for the project key. Here you can find more…

@Maximilian Floß you should add 4 web requests.
-
Hi @Maximilian Floß Thanks for your feedback. Regarding your request, you can surely do that in several ways: * You have a dedicated Create version action in Jira Automation. Unfortunately, it only lets you provide a specific project and does not allow you to provide a custom project in which such a version should be…

I think I got you. Such a feature is available in Jira Work Management in the List view: You can edit any displayed field and treat this view as a spreadsheet. You can also use Advanced Roadmap to do it: Piotr
-
Hi @Kyle McGee Welcome to Community! You can configure mail handler to convert new e-mails into Jira issues. You can read more about that feature here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/create-issues-and-comments-from-email Kind Piotr

Well - you can use jira automation or other scripted solution to modify filters every one or two weeks to change labels to next number but probably it's not what you really want. I understand that you marked some issues with "Sprint100" label. Can you explain which issues have you marked? It's possible you don't need this…
-
Hi @Kyra Mayock For sure you can use bulk change option in Jira. Just search for issues (Filters -> Advanced issue search) you would like to edit and then click ... -> Bulk Change all XXX issues. To make a bulk change you need to have proper global permissions granted. Options suggested by you probably also can be used (I…

Hi @Tommy Sete Welcome to Community! I am not sure if I understand you correctly. If you wish to find all issues from project TEST in the current sprint you can use: Sprint in openSprints() AND project = TEST If you wish to find all issues linked to issues from project TEST in the current sprint you can use (it requires…

Hi @Jackie Omekara Welcome to the community. Here you can find step-by-step instructions on how to configure SSL on Crowd: https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowd/configuring-crowd-to-work-with-ssl-151520306.html You will have to import the renewed certificate into the keystore you are using in your instance. To do it you…

Hi @fzheng It's not possible right now. You can only use the epic and/or version panel. Kind regards, Piotr
-
Few more things: * In trigger you may want to uncheck the option: "Only include issues that have changed since the last time this rule executed" to enable sending reminders every single day not only the first one * In trigger under "More options", depending on your requirements", you may want to check "Process all issues…

Hi @Sampath You can create rule as following: It will send notification to approvers if their ticket is waiting in approval status for at least 3 days. Best Piotr
-
I'm glad you found this article useful. The coolest thing is that such automation is very expandable. There are endpoints for board cloning, adding users to project roles, or even adding new context and options to used custom fields. As you can see in @Leo Diaz - Deiser's comment you can also integrate it with other apps.
-
Hi @porcelainangie Welcome to Community! You can create a filter similar to the following: watcher = currentUser() AND project IN (AAA, BBB) and then add a dashboard gadget: Filter Results showing this filter on your dashboard Best Piotr
-
Hi @David Lord The proper rule should look like this one: You just need to clearly indicate the sub-task parent - using the branch component "For Most recently created issue". That's why your first and second attempts failed. Regarding the last attempt, you need to configure the second rule in a way that it allows to be…

Hi @Guy I believe that there is no build-in JQL query that will find all issues which epics have specific label. You may need 3rd party addon e.g. ScriptRunner and then you can create a query like this one: issueFunction in issuesInEpics("labels = UAT") Piotr
-
Of course, I forgot about the most common one "Field Value Changed" :) Regarding script conditions, in Jira Cloud as far as I believe, you need to provide Jira expression: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/jira-expressions which has limited capabilities and is much harder to work with than regular groovy…
-
Hi @Julia Foden , You can create Listener, set event to Issue Updated, leave condition empty (it evaluates jira expression which can be not sufficient here), and write the following in Code section: def fixVersionChanged = changelog?.items.find { it['field'] == 'Fix Version' } if (!fixVersionChanged) {…
-
Hi @Robin Murray Try following JSON: { "update": { "fixVersions" : [ { "add": { "name": "{{fixVersionName}}" } } ] } } Kind, Piotr
-
Hi @Esmé Welcome to Community. You can verify your condition in the Version Created trigger itself using regular expression. Check the following screenshots: Also, remember that to set Fix Version you should use smart value. You cannot copy from the trigger issue because there is no issue that triggered that automation…

Sorry, I couldn't reply earlier. As for your questions: 1. You are almost correct (some typo I believe). It should be: "Time to First Response" < remaining("6h") AND "Time to First Response" != breached() It will show all requests that may miss their goal in the next 6h but have not breached it yet. 2. It depends on how…

Hi @Jennifer As @Tinker Fadoua said you can find a lot of useful information on Atlassian University (including both training and certifications). Just to summarize: * ACP-610 (Server/DC), ACP-620 (Cloud) are focused on managing Jira Software Projects. They are intended for Jira project administrators, scrum masters,…

Hi @Jamie Edmondson You can use Jira Automation feature (Project Settings -> Automation). Something like this: Best Piotr

If you have more questions, which answers may help other community members, it would be more beneficial to ask them here. If it's not what you are looking for, you can find my social contact info in my profile. Cheers, Piotr

Well, another way around. The creator is the person who physically creates the ticket (you cannot change it directly from the Jira interface). If the Customer creates the ticket himself, he will become its Creator and Reporter. When an agent raises a request on behalf of a Customer, the agent will become the issue creator…
-
Hi @Szymon Pochopien Your JQL query looks almost correct: resolution is EMPTY AND reporter in organizationMembers("Organization name") You can use reporter or creator (In Jira Service Management, quite often, agents raise a request on behalf of the Customer so probably "reporter" would be more suited) Kind, Piotr
-
Hi @Ravina You can create Scriptrunner Listener: Condition: issue.priority.name == "High" Code: def resp = put("/rest/api/2/issue/${issue.key}") .header('Content-Type', 'application/json') .body([ fields: [ description : 'Description for issues with high priority' ] ]) .asString() assert resp.status == 204

Hi @[deleted] To find those issues you can use JQL query - Filters -> Advanced issue search -> Switch to JQL The proper query will depends on how you define "done work". For example you can use: * assignee = colleague_username_or_id - to find issues that are still assigned to him * reporter = colleague_username_or_id - to…
